I saw someone demonstrate a level of patience it was so nice to see. Staff is nice and on top of their game and everyone work as a team, especially the manager that was at work at 11:30 yesterday. On top of all the other good things my food was hot and was madt to perfection!! Tell me how often you have a good experience like that at McDonald's!

I got breakfast here on my way out of town around 6:30am on 7/11. I was promptly and kindly greeted at the drive thru. My order was taken quickly and accurately. The staff were very warm and welcoming, which is saying something for that early in the morning! And my food was just as good as expected. My coffee was hot and fresh, and it helped me continue my journey with renewed vigor!

I was in a bind & the girl in the drive-through went above & beyond to assist me. After she ran around getting my order, she then chased me out the door with my credit card. Leaving my credit card 300 miles ago would've been catastrophic. They were busy, but her good heart made my entire trip!! Thank you!!
Oh! I do love my McDonalds in my hometown, but my frappe was the best ever!!

Just stopped in for coffee while on the road. Coffee was 👌. No long lines. But full disclosure: we never went inside. 🤷🏻‍♀

I had the pleasure of being served by Jayson at the McDonald's in Sweetwater, TX, and I must say, he operates on a higher level than your average employee. Jayson's exceptional service made my dining experience truly enjoyable. He was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond!

Observing Jason's performance in a busy environment while maintaining top-notch customer service was truly exceptional. If he continues to excel and stays on a register in a month, I would definitely consider interviewing him. His ability to handle pressure while providing excellent service is something that stands out and could benefit any team. Great job, Jason! to ensure I had everything I needed. It's employees like Jayson that make McDonald's stand out, and I look forward to returning for his outstanding service. Thank you, Jayson!

Stopped for breakfast while driving across Texas. Food was as expected (I don't eat at McDonald's very often), which means it was newly made, and good. I drink decaf coffee and they made a fresh pot, which was hot, and didn't taste like hot water. Some places will either attempt to brew a full pot of coffee in 2 minutes and pour what they get in that 2 minutes, I would rather wait the 5 minutes and get a good cup of coffee than a quick cup of hot water or strong sludge.
There was an older gentleman in a blue polo that brewed the pot. VERY NICE GUY! He was the one that brewed the decaf and came back around when it was finished to pour my cup. I went out to my car to leave, and was throwing away trash, he was delivering drive up orders and apologized for being in the way. Sir, you are working your butt off, I'm just throwing away old wrappers. You have the right of way. 😀
Instead of getting me as a new guest, he said, "have a nice day!" He remembered me from inside, pretty rare for employees to do in the morning rush.
Like I said earlier, I don't go to McDonald's often, it is nice to see this level of service when I do!

Overall this was one of the best McDonald's I've been to there wasn't a long wait in line and I got my food quickly

Cookie cutter experience it's what you expect. Clean and quick.

This a great stop, we normally don't stop a fast food place, but on this trip, we had very low funds. It was amazing here.

Typical McD's.... ordered food in the drive-thru.... they gave me someone else's order, I didn't realize it until I was on the road, and too late to turn around. I understand the food service industry - no hard feelings on the employees working. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

They got my order right the first time. The only inconvenient situation I faced was getting to the parking lot because it's a single lane road that gets too long with traffic and the traffic lights take awhile to turn green, took awhile to get in and get out of McDonald's.

At first I called to see how late they served breakfast, jumped in my car and got there 10:50. I want to commend the gentleman that took my credit card. Very polite, excused his self for a person ordering while helping me. He should be commended for his manners. The food was good too.

Super clean food came out in a timely manner even though it was close to closing time the staff still welcomed us!

Very different experience here I like it very much

We were traveling late and stopped fora cup of coffee. Brittnay offered to make us a fresh pot of coffee and we are very grateful. Everyone was pleasant even close to closing time. The outside areas was clean. Definitely recommend this location.
