Whataburger

Fast service & nice employees! The manager brought out our order & was very kind. I ordered the Jalapeño & Cheese hamburger, & added ketchup & mayo. The ketchup & mayo made the hamburger very messy to eat on the road, because of the heavy hand with the condiments, but it was still good. The French fries were delicious, not oily & the containers were filled! It was a nice pit stop for dinner & bathroom on our road trip. I’d also like to mention the bathrooms were also decent.

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere! Greeted with smiles even at almost 9pm! Our cashier Axel was absolutely fabulous super kind and helpful such a respectful young man! Food came out hot and fresh and the fries 😯 straight out the fryer piping hot the meal was amazing!! The manager Alice Melish has an absolutely amazing work ethic and such a wonderful crew you can tell she has the skill to keep everything organized, clean and in order! This is my new review I wanted to replace because wow what a difference! Absolutely deserve the recovery!

I want to brag on the only two employees working this location around 7 AM. Although the drive through was crazy long, and the lobby had customers waiting to order, the sweet lady taking orders kept her calm and greeted each customer apologetically and with a smile. The cook was working diligently to get orders out in a timely manner. They handled working short handed professionally!!

Have stopped here countless times over the years and have never been disappointed. Food is always hot and top quality. Service is acceptable and the employees are very accommodating (even making me a Dr. Pepper shake even though it wasn't on the Menu then). The only issue you may run into is long waits and large crowds, but otherwise its a solid 10/10.

We have yet to be dissatisfied with the food and service at this location. Our order was done correctly and the food was both tasty and hot enough. I've read lesser reviews but can't agree with them. We have always experienced the staff making an effort.

Passing through from cheyenne and decided to stop to get dinner. I will say the food and service was excellent. Since we had such good quality food, we thought we would eat at our destination in Kerrville. The next night and what a disappointment. I would recommend the sweetwater location. The only thing I thought was kind of ridiculous was the charge of 55 cents per slice of cheese.

It's still a great place for a burger in Sweetwater!! Veronica was very friendly.

Went thru around 730ish, Drive thru employees were absolutely pleasant, welcoming & patient, need more ppl like them in the fast food industry ❤Burger was delicious.

Service was quick, and everything tasted fresh. The establishment was clean and we'll kept.

Food and service were good. Restaraunt and bathrooms were real clean. The honey butter chicken biscuit was dripping delicious.

Passing through and was able to place an order online and pickup. This was crucial as we were in our RV. Plenty of big truck parking as expected being in TX 😁

I can't get enough of Whataburger, their burgers are delicious. The service is also great. O feel welcome.whrn.i come.to.thos place.

Drive thru line was long. 11 min to 1st window. Got to the second window and the wait begins. Food always worth the wait

Whataburger has such great burgers and now that the Buffalo Chicken sandwich is temporarily back, I will be stopping by even more. I have stopped by this particular Whataburger numerous times and it is always clean and the staff is always prompt to take your order and courteous.

Pedro was nice and efficient. Got my food quick and had good service.

Although the service was a little slow the workers sure did make up for it! Great people work here and they are very helpful. I requested a difficult order and was not let down by no means! I was told it would take a little longer and asked if I minded the wait. Of coarse not! Here I am inconveniencing yall let me pull up and gladly wait. I never had to get out of my car and they brought it all to me and it was hot fresh and of coarse DELICIOUS. Whataburgure you never let me down!
