A clean and modern gas station right next to I-10 with fresh food: burritos and burgers. They have clean restrooms which smell nice, an indoor seating area, and an outdoor patio. The staff is very friendly.

We saw this place coming into Van Horn last night. The patio was lit up with hanging lights and had an inviting vibe. We HAD to stop on our way out of town this morning. I'm so glad we did.

Hands down the best experience we've ever had at a gas station. Walking in I was greeted with hellos and smiles. Fantastic energy in this place. We stopped in around lunch time and it's obvious they've created a spot for the locals as well as travelers passing by. We got a chimi and some fried okra. Both were amazing. They also let me fill up our water bottles at their soda fountain. Really quality water. Clean place. Easy to get in and out of.

They had seating inside and out and a good selection of food as well as a daily special in the restaurant portion. They also have your standard convenient store items. I can't say enough about this place. I didn't know a gas station/convenient store/restaurant good bring that much joy to my day.

Manager was very friendly. They have a good selection of breakfast tacos and sandwiches. I am fond of the saussage and egg sandwich which has an awesome flavor and is of a good size. They also have unlimited fountain drinkss for dining in.

Fantastic burgers and chicken strips! My son said it was the best burger he's ever had! Great portion sizes, we left very full and satisfied.

This location has new owners. It is a small retail store with a variety of food and home products. We stopped after getting some gas and wanted a place to eat. Lo and behold, we struck gold in finding a new restaurant part of the Alon gas station, Uncle Sam's restaurant. It is not listed anywhere yet. However, I guarantee, you will not regret the stop. It a fabulously place to stop and eat and just relax for a few minutes from the road traveled.

I liked it . It was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was clean also. They food was fresh . The staff was friendly and helpful.

Easy in, easy out towing a camper. Prices where comparable. Facilities clean and the staff was friendly.

Much better food than Wendy's or Pilot. Faster and friendlier service.

I was looking for something to snack on, on my way of town. Pilot usually has a deal for pizza and wings, but this location only sells pizza. I stopped here and the chicken wings were at a fair price. I was not disappointed, they were a good size. Lucky for me, I didn’t need to use their packets of ranch dressing. Sorry, I can’t give their carrot cake a good review.

Clean restrooms and pump areas.

Pump is slow and no water in the windshield wash bucket. Gas is cheap though.

They don't clean the driveway near the gas pumps and it's absolutely soaked in spilled gas. Stepped out of the car and there were so many puddles of it. I accidentally stepped in one and now need to spend the rest of my roadtrip with the smell of gasoline.

I asked the lady at the cafe to put lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion on my hamburger. I watched her handle cash from the customer ahead of me and proceed with my hamburger WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES.! Absolutely disgusting. I left without the hamburger.

Don't bother if you want anything but mayo on your burger. My wife and I both requested mustard NOT mayo. Got home and had mayo. Since this had happened on 2 prior occasions, I took them back. Again requested mustard NO MAYO. Got back home and again had mayo. I went back again and asked for the mgr. Well guess who was cooking? The Asst. Mgr. I again requested mustard NO MAYO!!! Got back home and this time had a plain burger. No mustard, ketchup or mayo. Needless to say, I won't be back, even though I live in VAN HORN.
