Atm machine b tripping

Was told they can’t refill my medication for 4 days. I came at 9AM on the day they said they can fill my prescription. Tech took ten minutes to find the medication in the system and was rude. Pharmacist met with me and said that now there’s other things that is wrong and I might not get my meds. She has me waiting for over 10 minutes now and I’ve got to get to work. WORST PHARMACY EVER.

Absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever had to use. A prescription can be called in at 9 AM and won’t be ready until 6PM. Insurance is NEVER on file, so you have to bounce between two windows and wait in the pickup line at least 3 times before ever getting the prescriptions. Once to ask for the script, second to try to pick it up after your wait, and then the third time after you visit the drop off window. Ridiculous. If your insurance contracts any other pharmacies in the area you’re better off.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at any other pharmacies I’ve been too. Pharmacist has no people skill and pharmacy techs are rude. Need to fire them and start over on hiring process
