It's a great place to have large groups for weekly camps or social gatherings for the day. I come once a year for Webster county 4-H camp.

Old very old place.
Rich with history.
Walls can tell stories
Bands are made n taught there.
As well as other various groups.
If you ever find your way there it's a place where your reborn.

Showers shock you. Food may scare you. The mice and bears might say hello.
The cabin beds may hurt u.
But at the end of all this. You will have a good memories.

Camp Caesar is one of the most beautiful camps in our area, built in 1922 for 4-H, and now serving for many differing summer camping experiences. Small enough to give the feeling of family, yet large enough to have differing topography, it is a jewel in our mountains. For those who have some fear of "off-road" experiences, directly across the road from the camp is a small campground, nestled on the banks of the Gauley River. In the camp itself, for summer fun, the blue pool sparkles in the sunlight while contrasting with the green trees and forest that surrounds. Burton Hall, a modern brick building provides rooms for gathering and meetings. The building contrasts easily with the more craftsman typed cabins with native stone and the old time feel of the retro octagonal building. Deeper into the camp one finds the barn, and other outbuildings until you arrive at the lake, deep mountain water ringed by the deep green of the woods. Come and join us for multi-faceted enjoyment.

This place is BEAUTIFUL. They host tons of public events throughout the year, and you can book them for private events.

They have a pool, a barn, cabins, canteen, and much much more on the property to host everything from 4H camps, to church camps, to weddings, and much more.

I have dropped all three of my Chickadees off for a week at Camp Luther. This was always my favorite part of summer as I was growing up and to have them share in this experience is so exciting
