Yummy Japanese Express - TAYLORVILLE

Definitely needs upgrading in the parking lot , but the food was amazing and service is very customer friendly. Definitely recommend the Chicago baked roll 🤤

The wife and I decided to pick up some sushi about an hour ago and opted to go with a few additional entrees as well for dinner.
The hibachi Chicken was standard and the rice and veggies were great….
but the sushi and vegetable noodles…. Sooooo goood!
Like 10/10 delicious.
(MAKE SURE TO GET YOUR SUSHI BAGGED SEPARATELY so it’s not hot from the other food when you get home)

I didn’t even finish my entree cause I was eating everything else.

We also got their new strawberry boba and it was awesome. Very light, smooth, and flavorful. First time trying a Boba and I wasnt sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s worth the buy and we are very satisfied with our overall experience.
We will be regulars.

This place is fire. I recommend the Chelsea Roll.

Just a tiny, hole-in-the wall place. A few places inside to eat in the small lobby. It has a drive-up and take-out. The food was really good.

Yummy is so good i come all the way from Decatur just to eat here. I beg of u Reuben and Rhea move to millikin’s campus 🙏 The Chicago Roll is to die for and their noodles are scrumptious ❤

Delicious hibachi at a reasonable price. We've picked up several meals from here, and it's all been good. The hibachi, noodles, spring rolls and sushi style rolls are all on our repeat list. Note, all of their rolls are cooked, but they're still really good. The meals come with a cup of their own yum-yum sauce which is great for dipping or pouring over the fried rice. Definitely worth checking out!

Very delicious!! I eat there about everyday!! The egg rolls are delicious!! I highly recommend Yummy’s!! Oh and the service is excellent and the food is fresh and hot!!

We love Yummy Japanese Express!!! The food is so delicious and affordable. Their service is top tier! I don't know the name of the nice woman that works at the front but she is so friendly and helpful and always gets my order correct and everything in the bag.

My favorite food item that they serve is the Taylorville Roll. The combination of sauces on this roll combined with the roll being fried makes this roll so delicious to me. I also love their Vegetable Noodles but anything you order is going to satisfy your taste buds.

Went here today at 520pm. Ordered California roll and King and Queen roll. 20 minute wait but VERY fresh sushi! A+++!

Our family has loved each item we have ordered on the menu. We eat here once to twice a week! Now we are happy because we can get boba! The staff is so nice and friendly.

We used to visit the food truck location in Springfield and were so bummed when it closed. The other day we decided to drive an hour to visit his new location - and it was perfect! The best hibachi central IL has to offer. The steak and noodles is my favorite. We also tried the sushi which was good too.

The wait was about 25 minutes on a Friday evening, but worth it. The staff was very friendly too. They forgot my veggie rolls and we had already driven away but no big deal. We will definitely make the drive back soon!

This is HANDS DOWN the best hibachi in central Illinois. The service is impeccable and the food quality is superb. I highly reccomend getting the spring rolls and noodles with ANY meat.

Literally the best hibachi I’ve had.

Stopped for first time 30min ago, got 2 hibachi combos and the taylorville roll........3 words.......OH MY GOD!! this has to be a stop for anyone around, by far one of the best food trucks ive ever been to, and thats coming from a 250lb fluffy guy that loves food 🤣🤣 they for sure have my $$ any time im near town

The food and service are sooooo good! New items added to the menu to make it even more exciting. They are very friendly and the service is phenomenal. Quick, accurate and absolutely delicious every time.
