Staff was very helpful and friendly scheduling an appointment for maintenance on my vehicle. After the maintenance was completed, the technician went through the report and explained what was performed on the vehicle. Great place to do business with. Would encourage you to give them the opportunity to provide their service.

Overall great experience. Warranty work performed with full explanation of what was done and why it was done. Experienced technicians and great service and parts staff. I am extremely fortunate to have a local dealership that I can trust and count on.

These guys are awesome! My 3 month old Grand Cherokee had issues in middle of 1500 mile move and these guys were only dealership willing to help out. They were great at communicating through everything too.

Went in on a Friday afternoon to see and possibly purchase a vehicle seen on the website. We were out on the lot and Karson, sales personnel, came to assist and readily answered questions. He was very friendly and efficient. Spoke to Kaitlyn, financial manager, and completed transaction. She was also kind, friendly and efficient. Easiest experience ever in buying a vehicle. We did not trade in a vehicle. Facility is relatively new and clean. Would definitely recommend!

K&J’s service department help me figure a small problem a few months ago. Why I was there they run my serial number and informed me that I had a few recalls. They told me the parts was on back order. I explained it was my daughter’s car and she’s in college in Bloomington IL. They asked when it would be back and I told them Christmas break. During Christmas break they contacted me and set up an appointment and installed the recalls. I’m very pleased with them and this service means a lot. Thank you for the great service.

Was able to get service quickly and they were all very friendly. I was traveling from out of gown and they made me feel like one of their local customers.

We took our Jeep in for repair for the first time and we cannot say enough about K & J service department. Logan kept us up to date on the repair process and every finding along the way with several phone calls. We are greatful for their automotive knowledge and for getting our Jeep back in good order.

K&J is great. I called to make an appointment and the staff was very kind and quick to connect with the right department. I work at the hospital across the street and they picked my car up from the hospital and returned it. With that extra bonus we are are greatful and glad to now be apart of the K&J experience!

I had a very comfortable experience with my latest car purchase. I was able to work a great deal on a pre-owned mustang with Mark Siever. Even though I don't plan on needing another vehicle any time soon I would certainly recommend them to anyone who does.
