Walmart Supercenter

The man whose stocking this morning at the gold fish crackers isle was very helpful and friendly. I didn't get his name but he was wearing a white shirt. He knew what I was looking for. He asked if I was looking for the goldfish crackers and I said yes. He said I have it right here in one of the box.

Nice place . Needs a better selection. As busy as this place is you would think they would of built a Mega Walmart. I have to go to Centralia or Ofallon to get items that are not available in Carlyle.

I went to 3 walmarts trying to buy my computer the manager Jason at the Carlyle walmart went above and beyond to get my issues resolved thank you Jason for all of your efforts

Super clean very good. Everything was nice and organized and the staff are friendly too. It is kind of tourism style Walmart and so some special items are not available

Always great staff with grocery pickup.

I love how easy it is to shop here. I love how organized it is. I can easy go in and come out. I enjoy self checkout because it is so simple and the workers help you during self checkout. It is so easy. I needed help scanning fresh produce and the lady helped me. There is no employees to check you out. It is only self checkout.

Bought a coffee brewer that was DoA. Teresa and Jason went above and beyond in getting its exchanged out and back to my morning coffee. Many things changed about Carlyle Wal-Mart over the years but great customer service has stayed the same.

I love shopping at the Carlyle Walmart during the summer. It's like going to a beach party, but there's air conditioning. People walking around in bathing suits shivering in the cold air while shopping for everything they'll need for the good times to come.

The employee's deserve credit for keeping the shelves stocked as well as they do, all while remaining cool and keep.

I want to let the Mgmt at Carlyle, Il WalMart know that Troy was very very accommodating today. My granddaughters wanted to go sledding and we didn’t have one. He went above and beyond by going and checking on inventory and retrieving the box of them out of storage and picking the perfect one for them. They left with HUGE smiles on their faces.. THANK YOU TROY!!!!! From 2 very happy little girls.

My husband, and I would rather go to this Walmart than the one in Belleville. We live somewhat in between both. This Walmart is always well stocked, clean, and I love the self checkout.

I had an issue with the self-checkout reading a card malfunction. Bob saw this and came over to offer help. He was very polite and happy to help. He managed the issue in a quick, timely manner. He is a great asset and role model to his team. Thank you, Bob!

Store was clean. An employee checked on us to make sure we were finding everything okay. Self checkout with beer is a little odd but no issues... "As long as you pay." Lol overall it all was fine.

This is the only Walmart near my house that still has cashiers! Everyone is so nice here and it's less than 5 minutes from the lake.

** update ** there is now only one cashier the rest is self checkout like the rest of the walmarts however this is still the cleanest one with the nicest employees!

This store has about everything you need. We needed some baby wipes and 2 fans which they had. We also have bought groceries here too. The produce was good and fresh. It is handicapped accessible. It has free parking and handicapped parking spots also. It is also family friendly. I would shop here again.

Has everything I need and very convenient since it’s only 2 minutes away from dam west campground at carlyle lake.

Since Dawn took over the Produce sections it's been a Huge improvement, she is an exceptional employee...Great job Dawn!!!!
I must add......during these trying times and especially putting up with customers, Walmart employees in Carlyle still try to smile. Remember customers when you were tucked in your home these employees were still stocking items and checking you out. Give em a break and Maybe Thank them, just be Thankful it didnt shut down too.....sow a little respect and love.

This is one of my favorite Walmarts to go to. It's not the biggest one, but what I do like about it is a nice and clean place, it's also very well stocked. I'm from Salem so it's a bit out of my way to go here but I often times will come here if I can't find what I need at my Walmart it's always been in stock here. I actually like this one better than the one at my hometown. I will continue to come here when I can because of how good of a store it is.

I noticed the store was cleaner than most stores that I've been in. The employees was friendly and helpful. The employees even tried helping or tried to get the right employee for he The one thing I needed from pharmacy wasn't on the shelf. I got in line and thank goodness I did. I asked they had 1 little orange can of P.R.I.D. They had gotten a shipment in of P.R.I.D but never made it to the shelf cause everyone kept asking for it and they had one little orange can of P.R.I.D. It pay to ask about things when you can't find what you're looking for
