Great, seamless experience with everyone we interacted with! Garrett, Tyler, Alex & Reaves made sure we were taken care of and did everything they could to expedite our process, since we traveled such a long way with an infant in tow. I'm not a fan of dealerships AT ALL, but this was a painless process and worth the drive for us.

The ford dealership in springville was absolutely amazing. They were able wot help me get into a new Ford escape which I absolutely love. Arnold Gutierrez was my sales man and was very kind and courteous. Brandon Mundy helped me fix a sensor on the car and went above and beyond to help me. They were both outstanding! I will continue to do business with them. I highly recommend this specific dealership. Everyone is so nice. It was totally worth it and such a wonderful experience!

We had such a great experience buying our Explorer at All American Ford. Everyone we encountered in the dealership were so friendly. Our Salesperson - Drew - was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was not pushy, he knew the vehicle, and was just an all around great person to deal with. You will not be disappointed going by there and at least seeing what they can do for you. The best auto dealership experience I've ever had. Kaleb made the process smooth, professional and fun. I ordered a 2023 Ford Escape ST-Line and he was more excited than I was when it arrived. He worked extremely hard to make sure everything was right.

Jessica, my service advisor was amazing. She took pictures illustrating the issues they found on inspection, and went well out of her way to ensure the All American service team returned my truck in time for a planned trip towing our fifth wheel.

We stopped in at the dealership with hopes of walking out with a vehicle that we like, and not just settling for. Dalton showed up so many amazing options and gave up multiple options on how we can get 100% what we want! Dalton was super understanding, helpful with our needs and wants, very easy to get along with a socialize with! Him and the dealership made buying a car comfortable and easy! Not stressful! We will come back in the future for any vehicle purchases again!!

I came in with my check engine light on and was concerned and worried because this is my only way I have to work and taking my daddy to his treatments and Jessica can out to me and I was about in tears because I know my truck has turbos and I was afraid one of them went out they scheduled me in right away so I brought my truck in she told me not to worry at all your in good hands I took her word boy was she right she kept me updated on everything I need to know and kept telling me not to worry your in good hands I wish I could leave a million star review on her because lord knows she deserves it. Then there was Skylar the one who was my technician she came to me and was like it’s a simple fix no need to worry your truck is gonna be just fine she was very professional about it she and I talked for a bit about the truck and how much my truck aka baby girl men to me. Then there is Ray he was fast to change my oil professionally. Then when I was leaving the other service advisor Brandon we was cracking jokes All American Ford you have a customer for as long as I live y’all are the best everyone there thank y’all for taking care of me and baby girl

Great first time auto purchasing experience! Initially we were not planning to purchase a vehicle when we went in, but Gio and Jenna were amazing and found a vehicle that met my criteria even though it wasn't the exact Make and Model I had been looking for. They made this stressful process seem easy and seamless and got us into a bigger vehicle for our family.

I did have a couple of hiccups (through no fault of the dealership) the day after our purchase, but when we went back to the dealership on Monday, the team corrected them and were amazing about it. I can't remember the service techs name but he was wonderful and took care of everything.

I've bought 6 vehicles in the past 6 years and my experience with salesman Michael Graydon at All American Ford of Springville, AL has been hands down the best car buying experience I've had thus far. My wife and I knew exactly what we were looking for in a family SUV and relayed that information the Michael. He worked up a deal that met our criteria and then some. He most certainly listens to the buyers needs and sees to it that all of your expectations are met.

I also should mention that Brandon Mundy and Jessica Graham were phenomenal in diagnosing and fixing a truck of mine. It was a major powertrain repair. Though they had to deal with a third party warranty company. These service managers got me back on the road expeditiously with no issues since.
