Vicki, Marsha, Summer, Bruce, Candencen, and T are very great managers. So are Clifford, Megan, and Taylor. The owners are great as well. All the employees are great as well. Especially Benji, Skye, Cassandra, Nicholas. This restaurant has fresh food everytime I go!

This was an early morning stop. Coffee was hot and fresh and so was my food. Staff was nice and the bathroom was very clean.

This is the best McDonalds in Carrollton by far. Nice workers. Food is always fresh and hot. And they make the best Ice Coffee

God vibes! Privately owned, so they had reason to be a great place.

I am sitting down at 4:27 on a Saturday afternoon. This is the nicest McDonald's I have been to in a while. Tables and floors are immaculately maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Every McDonald's manager in the country should train at this location.

Excellent facility, quick, friendly, & efficient staff. My order was custom—fries no salt, & they came unsalted. Very important for folks with high blood-pressure or diet-conscious diners. Very grateful for the experience

All of our food was very hot and fresh. I was very expressed because it seemed to be only 3 people running the entire store.

This is by far the best McDonald's I've ever been to. It honestly feels like this was cut right out of heaven. That may sound weird when talking about a fast food chain, but they spend a lot of time tending to this place, I'm sure.

It was night when we come through on our way back home to Missouri an the guy that was working at the window were you pay was so nice an talk with me like he new me forever that's what makes a fast food restaurant how the workers treat there customers amy dogs had to tell him they were ready for there cheeseburgers that guy should be noticed for his hospitality wish I could have got his name you have a great worker McDonald's

While traveling and staying overnight in Heflin, I stopped to grab a bite to eat around 8 PM on
25 May. This is one of the few times traveling that our order was perfectly correct and the employees were extremely nice and pleasant.
I stopped in again for breakfast the next morning before hitting the road on an 800 mile trip. Different crew, but polite and as pleasant as the night before, great way to start our day at 7AM. Thank you

Summer and Haley are absolutely amazing. Summer was very helpful and patient with both my order as well as her new hire employee Haley which she was very helpful as well. Thank you ladies keep up the amazing customer service!!

They were totally slammed to the gills and did an absolutely fantastic job keeping up with orders as fast as possible...some of the customers were extremely rude to the staff but they kept an impeccable level of professionalism and service...I'm impressed

Nicely remodeled and well appointed. The food was standard fast food, nothing to write home about but staff were very personable and helpful.

Quick, easy and a very tasty Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit

This was the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. It was also my 1st time ordering on a scree instead of a real person. I know its technically, but I still would rather be talking to a real person. But overall we enjoyed our meal and atmosphere. Thank you for providing such a good eating experience.
