We laid my father in-law to rest using Blount County Cleveland Funeral Home. Rick was very helpful and spent time explaining every step. He was also compassionate and treated us as if we were his family. He made this extremely hard time a lot better. Thank You so much Rick.

Rick and all of his staff were amazing. During one of the hardest times of my life, they made decisions easier, and created a beautiful memorial service for my mom. I never could have gotten through this if it wasn't for their compassion and empathy. Going through the death of a loved one is one of the most vulnerable times of your life, having a team there to help guide you and make things as simple as possible is a Godsend. I had to lay my husband to rest. I used Blount county funeral home. Mrs.Tara .helped help me with everything. She was so great and caring. She and everyone there was so nice and helpful.

We had a beautiful service for my dear mother. The funeral home and director Rick were extremely helpful during this very hard time. Unfortunately we had not planned for the funeral but Rick was very patient with us during a plethora of choices and decisions. Also appreciate Tara helping with the music. Rick helped us in every step of planning my mother-in-laws funeral. He is very kind, sincere and helpful when going through such a difficult time.. We had other options of where to go, but Blount funeral home was and will be our funeral home of choice now and in the future..

Rickey has been absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. We've had issues with the County Coroner and Rickey has called him daily, called me daily and has gone above and beyond.

In the midst of our hurting and mourning my family had to make a call to a funeral home. This funeral home took us by the hand and walked us through everything that was needed to say our final goodbyes to my grandfather. There was not one thing that wasn't handled in the most personalbe caring manner and everything with the services was perfect. I hope I don't have to visit this experience any time soon again, but I will not consider going anywhere else. Thank you for all you did for us and our family. We appreciate you and your kindness more than you will ever know.

My father in law passed on the 9th and was sent here Rick is the best and took very good care of him thank yal so much ❤

I do not recommend this funeral home they are not for the family they are for the money the director is very rude and unprofessional at all aspects.
