I was extremely satisfied with my experience. My sales representative Latasha was amazing. She welcomed me the first day I visited, explained the process, and made me at ease. I came back the next day with my mother to finish the deal. My mother became very sick and Latasha and her coworkers were quick to react and call 911. She recovered just fine and we were able to close the deal. Latasha treated us like family. I would recommend her and American Car Center to any and everyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I am grateful for her assistance with my mother and for putting me into reliable transportation! Latasha you’re the best!

Great deals, needs more selections on cars.. To ya in the Montgomery store is great at her job when she says she will get you in the car you want, she actually means it.. And Jason in the Pelhem location is a man of his word as well. He really works hard to help you get into a nice vehicle of your choice, he helped me find the car I really wanted with monthly payments I could handle.. I greatly Appreciate him for that.

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. Shamar took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a great used car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend American Car Center. It was worth the hour drive to get there.

Ms Tasha is awesome, from the moment we walked in to the time we drove off in our new Jeep Compass, everyone was very friendly. Ms Latasha made us feel comfortable and worked through the whole process. We were in and out in no time and she made sure the whole time that we were taken care off and got what we wanted.

I will definitely buy here from now on. Great service. They don’t push sales down your throat and try to hurry you through as if you’re wasting their time like most dealers. They actually listen to the customer and try to get them what they want. They won’t push that car in the corner that’s been sitting there for months and doesn’t sell. They have auctions and other means of caring for those cars. They would rather have a loyal repeat customer than push shady deals.
