I spoke with Bob on the phone, he was very pleasant. When i arrived i was a little nervous about the parking just inches of the road but i was loaded in a semi truck and trl, no problem. The staff was very friendly ( mother and daughter.) Very very helpful i purchase a few items. I meet Bob very very nice man. I will definitely be stopping by and shopping every time i pass through.the price are reasonable the inventory a great selection. My kind of shop. Bob and his family are first class. Visited the store while on a road trip from Florida to Indiana. Had very interesting conversations with the owner, and was extremely surprised by how welcoming the atmosphere was even for me and my friend as Europeans. For people of any culture, background or political view, this place is a must visit!

They sell shirts,animals, holsters, flags, and patches. Definitely a go to stop if you have southern pride. Owner is really nice to talk to. Will make any shirt you want and also do custom holsters

I may not agree with everything they stand behind but, the lovely gentleman that was running the place that day couldn’t have been more wonderful. We were able to TALK not argue!! Love that! I’m also a very proud southerner yet somehow I’m pretty open. Democrat even! I was NOT made to feel anything but welcome. Even exchanged phone numbers with the gentleman. We spent about $200 there that day and that’s only cuz we had to go. It’s a long trip to Tampa! We bought the most amazing Southern Cross bathing suit for my model daughter, a Bowie knife in the most gorgeous leather sheath and two EXTREMELY well kept, loved and socialized bunnies! Now…they’re totally spoiled! I HIGHLY recommend this road side store. Highly intelligent, reasonable people and custom leatherwork beyond compare. I will be ordering a custom holster. You really need to check those out! GORGEOUS! Anyway, I will never pass through Bama again without stopping there. Hell…might even be a destination. Be sure to stop by there no matter where you stand. There’s something there for you. I promise. Plus, you’re absolutely welcome no matter who you are.

Really cool stuff, definitely a mandatory stop If you want to learn about southern heritage. The employee was super nice and excited to know that I'm a tourist from Argentina.

Was traveling through from North Carolina, very interesting place, a must-go if you're passing through that part of Alabama and want some old-south memorabilia, they also have some other unusual items in stock. And the young lady at the register was super nice. Will def visit again if I find myself in the region. ✌

The store owner is extremely nice and knowledgable on the subject of American history. This store has an amazing selection of everything from books to a massive Gadsden flag! If you are looking to have a good time and pick up some awesome apparel and reading material, head on down to the Dixie store! It's an amazing experience! I didn't know such places in America still existed. A true American treasure. We saw a billboard while passing through and just had to check it out. There is nothing like this store. The owner is very welcoming and has a kind heart. A place like this just embodies the rebel spirit when you have to stand up to the harassing State just to preserve the past for future generations. We browsed and chatted for over an hour. Great place. Couldn't recommend it enough.

There's anything Confederate that you would want here. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The little lady that works there loves her rabbits. She is a cutie also.(Another reason to stop) So, stop by to look at the beautiful flags and rabbits. Every time I go by there I spend about $100. Worth every penny.

We stopped by on our way back to South Florida. We found the staff very nice and knowledgeable with the questions we asked. Lots of interesting items that relate to a time in our Nation’s history. I hope the business stands another 100 years.

I very rarely give a 5 star rating but I did here because the merchandise that he sales is not something that you can buy everywhere, he has a large variety of most anything that you want and not just flags. Hats, shirts, blankets, keychain's, stickers, books, pens, knives, gun holsters, truck tags, coolers, chairs man you name it. And he is a really nice guy that will gladly help you in any way plus throw a couple of history lessons in there if you ask. 👍🏻👍🏻

Wonderful store! The owner and assistant were so great to talk to, our quick stop in lasted close to an hour. Thank you so much for the prompt sending of the shirt for my husband (didn't have his size so you made one and shipped it right out) all the way to NC! Love the stickers as well! Thank you!

Even if you buy the public school-approved version of the War of Northern Aggression, it’s a cool and informative place to visit. The gentleman that was there was very knowledgeable and courteous. I came by last weekend, and want to come back to explore some more.

Now, bunnies aren’t the reason I stopped there on my way home to Florida but, it happened! They’re the happiest healthiest rabbits I’ve ever had and I’ve had rabbits for 44 years!! Again, as a left leaning liberal, I learned a lot at this place. I still see things my way but in a totally different light. I can’t remember the name of the older gentian that I was speaking with but I am certainly grateful for his tone and knowledge. I wanted to update my review with a couple photos of my Nantes killing my conch lol. Peace and love to all.

Very awesome place! The staff is very friendly, they have a lotta cool stuff in there, and they even have some Union stuff in there if you're not into Confederate stuff. Overall great place!

P.S. If you haven't gone here yet, don't listen to those 1 star reviews. They're all disrespectful urban people that don't respect Southern culture. They probably haven't even been inside the place before. So take that into consideration.
