Super 8 by Wyndham Okawville

I'm a truck driver and it's a relief to find a low priced room with trucker parking. Thing is I have paid 2x more for a room that wasn't near as nice as this one. See my pictures. Room was very clean and has many accommodations. Desk, recliner, nice bed too. Thanks for a great place.

This is a great stay! It is Super clean, Super comfortable, Super convenient, Super kind, a Super price, Super bed and pillows, Super cozy, and Super quiet. It was a SUPER experience! From clean towels, real soap (I hate those liquid dispensers), brilliant white sheets, quiet HVAC, quiet surroundings and no smoke or other unpleasant odors. I don't know what more we would ask for.
I think those 1 star reviews are from people who feel better when they complain. If you don't feel secure here, the problem isn't the hotel. It is very home-like amid the farm fields. Really, there is nothing to complain about here, ESPECIALLY at a very reasonable price.
We will definitely stay here again on our cross-country drives.

For the price, this is an excellent choice for a stopover on a road trip. The staff is very polite and attentive to your needs, and will move quickly to resolve any issues. The continental breakfast is good and the coffee is hot and fresh. The beds and bathroom facilities are very clean, and the television has plenty of channels to choose from. There is a very reasonable fee for a pet/dog.

Best place to safely stay before st Louis! Very kind workers!

Very clean rooms. Left a big tip for housekeeping. Kinda small (mom & pop) hotel. The the front desk staff super cordials interactions. Big rig parking was a little tight even for 48 year veteran.

It's a good room. Halls and carpets feel brand new. Nice decor. Check in guy was very nice and suggested we go to Club Exit 41. The people there were down home nice. A great overnight stop with Lake Carlyle next stop.

They're is no outside
access from the rooms and they have the heat set on 70 so it is warm when you enter your room. The ppl at the front desk are really nice and helpful. Room was clean with a pleasant smell. The bed was comfy and they offer free breakfast for all guest. (only consist of a waffle u make yourself) All in all, I would recommend this location!

Truck driver here. The hotel is small and simple, clean and well kept. Waffles and cereal/juice/coffee are available from 0600-0900. There is truck parking out back, be sure to pull in on the awning side (not under it...10’) so you will have a driver’s side back. The parking is tight for a conventional sleeper with a ‘53, but do-able.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating, and will let you wash a load of clothes if you ask, bring cash. The bed was clean and comfortable with the best pillows, and the shower had great pressure and temp, very clean, too!

There is a great little bar behind the hotel as well! Miss Tammy was the bartender, cook, and cleaner, and she was very friendly too.

There is also a small Road Ranger truck stop and a few fast food options within walking distance, and a great Dollar General store with produce and other fresh food items available. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stop for the night, especially if you’re a truck driver!

Much nicer than the other Super 8s we have stayed at. Bathroom was fine with great water pressure. Bed was comfy. Staff was helpful, perky and friendly. Great value!

AMAZING People work here <3 <3!!! My God Daughter & her 2yr old son{not from the area}, had the car engine blow up near by at midnight. The hotel was EXTREMELY accommodating by taking them in at 1am. The next day she checked out, but later in the day had to check back in & they were SO WONDERFUL & SUPER NICE!!!! The room was really nice & super clean. THANK YOU FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF AN OUT OF TOWN YOUNG WOMAN & HER SON!!!!

Cheap hotel that still manages to be decent. Everything is amazingly clean and recently renovated. No dust, no stains, plenty of power outlets, free breakfast, coffee in room. The only thing I'd complain about is the shower is a bit dated/worn and the room is on the small side, but that's just being picky. Was a perfect place for a cheap one night stay.

Earlier check in time than most Hotels.
Severe storms we heading toward the area, with possibility of Tornados, and they have a plan to keep guests safe.
We would use this Hotel again, we had a good experience.

Friendly staff. They let us check in super early at 9am, we were stranded because of snowy conditions driving a sports car with summer tires. Room were clean and more updated than we expected. Small but not bad for a place to sleep.

Friendly staff. Affordable. Nice clean room. I was able to bring in my ESA cat. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I am the housekeeper here and I work very hard everyday. I clean the rooms as if I would be the one renting that room I want people to be proud to come to our family hotel. I take pride in my job. So i can't see how people can say somethings wrong with the rooms until the next day at check out time if something was wrong with the room why stay the whole night myself I would have said something right away. "I LOVE THIS PLACE EVERYONE HERE IS AMAZING AND I LOVE EVERYBODY HERE"... THANK YOU

We stopped here just to sleep on a 24 hour trip. The beds were soft and the room was clean. The front desk attendant was quick with check in as well. There is a dollar store and a Burger King nearby if you have to go eat or need to buy necessities.

The location is next to a gas station and a burger King which is a little convenient if you don't mind eating fast food. The rooms are clean and pretty modernized. The staff are very kind and helpful especially when you lock yourself out your room. This is one of the better super 8s than you would normally stay at.

Morning clerk was friendly and awesome.

Pleasantly surprised. For a truck stop motel it has everything you need. The staff is friendly rooms are clean and comfortable but the biggest thing is the wifi actually works. Over all a good pllace to stay.
