I've called several local plumbers to try to get some help diagnosing a bad sewer line. After not being able to get an answer, someone referred Haier to me. I called them and explained the situation and they were able to send someone out to look the SAME DAY. Their technician Nick was very professional. He explained to me what he had done, the issues that existed (thoroughly), and the solutions available. (Basically, our sewer line was very old and collapsing at spots, and it would need to be replaced.) He was honest and direct. The next day I received a quote from Haier through email. I sent my questions to their estimator (Vern), who patiently answered them all, and discussed the process. When I agreed to their terms they scheduled my project. The next day I had a question, and Nick answered my call late in the afternoon and provided the answer, also telling me he had stopped by to double-check earlier in the day when he was on a project nearby. That is above and beyond, and very much appreciated. They completed the project two days after I agreed to the contract, and now I can finally poop again in peace! The experience of working with Haier was EXCELLENT, which is not always the case when working with a service company. I will definitely be referring them in the future.

In reading the prior reviews, I echo what Stephen Bouchette wrote from approximately a year ago. We were completely satisfied with this company and all of the employees we dealt with from Sharon to Vern and Nick.

It's difficult to not repeat what Mr. Bouchette wrote in his review. We've had many disappointing experiences with other companies. It was so refreshing to work the Haier. Vern was extremely patient and helpful answering all of our questions before we committed. Nick's work ethic, knowledge and talent deserve high marks. He's a keeper!

Awesome experience. They called before they came and did a great job when they got here. Very professional and I will be using this place in the future.

We had our outdated clay sewer line replaced when we moved into our current house a couple years ago. After calling around we hired them for the job, they got it done quickly and did a good job, zero issues since.

We needed a new water heater. they came checked out they needed. Two hours later they came back with the new water heater. Installed it in about an hour. Cleaned the mess and hauled off the old water heater. The best part the bill very reasonable super company, employees very helpful and answered all my questions.

Boiler removal and pipe cutting. Very prompt and professional.. extremely fast in comparison to my expectations. Quality work and very impressive.

Very professional and very polite. Prompt on the times they said they would be there. They clean up even my mess I had. The prices for the jobs we've had done are very reasonable. I don't know the name of the young man who came out, but he did an excellent job. He came out on Good Friday afternoon, because I smelled a propane leak outside . He sniffed it out and accurately found the problem, went to the shop and came back in a few minutes to fix it up. Gives me hope for the younger generation.

If you want a company to come to your town, leave soil and rocks covering the main (paved) roads and intersections, your front yard completely tore up for a month at least, and block roads without signs or warnings…then this is the company for you.
Don’t even think about having a car that isn’t caked full of dirt or mud for however long they are in your neighborhood. They clean up nothing.

The plumber wouldn't give me an estimate, saying it would be a waste of his time. He was unwilling to work with my home warranty company even though he would have only had to make a phone call. He told me it was "too much of a pain in the ass," which is completely unprofessional. I'll gladly give my business to someone else.

Absolutely horrifically bad service worst plumbing company ever dealt with...it has been all summer waiting on them to return and fix what they tore up and left as a mess. Wouldn't hire them ever again and recommend to everyone steer clear of them by all means necessary you will just get screwed over would have given them 0 stars if it was an option

Learn how to drive if you’re going to use your work vehicle.. cut me off with no blinker because 85 mph wasn’t fast enough for you?
