Best Western Riverside Inn

Checked in late without a reservation prior. Due to a long cross country road trip. The staff are polite, the rooms are immaculately clean. Very little road noise. As long as I remember this place exists I will return for future road trips. I only regret not taking the same route back home to visit again.

The Manager Kaylie and all the lady's Nico, Ashley, Bielie was all awesome they are all helpful and nice. Larry the Maintenance person was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great the place was clean. There was only 1 person that was very Rude Dave he works nights. We will stay here again.

I’ve been staying here after the Indy 500 for over a decade. Great hotel but at the end of the day it’s a Best Western so keep your expectations tempered. Clean and friendly staff, and rooms are relatively modern. Rooms have coffee makers which seem to be disappearing at other hotels. Free breakfast is standard fare but is pretty good compared to other hotel “free breakfasts” (sausage, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, etc).

This place is right off the interstate, the area is kind of run down but safe. Next to a McDonald’s, there is also a Mexican restaurant down the street that is mediocre but always seems busy.

Staff are very friendly, service has been excellent and very clean place. We came to check in, and they let us know it would be a 10 minute wait due to sanitation guidelines. Absolutely fine with that and we actually got to see them sanitizing and cleaning.

We had a king size bed, couch, TV, and fridge. Room is beautiful and quite large.(see pictures) plenty of space for a couple getaway or a small family with kids to stay.

They have their hot breakfast open again and I'm sure it will be delicious in the morning. We will definitely be staying here again any time we come to Danville.

Have stayed here a couple of times. Some of the minor details regarding the decor are a bit dated (e.g., the old-school phones in the rooms as well as the bathroom layout which reminds me of Super 8), but most of the decor has been updated. It's clean, the breakfast was good, and you can't beat the price.

I always stay here when I come to town. Rooms are clean. The location is convenient. I wish the parking lot was a bit larger. Spots are very close, and lots of large vehicles parked too close to the love of my life(my Honda). The pool was open. I always make a reservation online first, and would recommend doing that.

It was great!!! We swam in the pool both days, watched the cable/satellite! The only thing we weren't happy about was the hot water for showers was a little warmer than Luke warm. The only complaint. Everything else was great! Breakfast was pretty good too and all day coffee for the coffee lovers!

Very nice hotel, would stay here again! We had a 1 - 2 queen beds room. The room at was nice and vanity was outside the bathroom, which was also a plus. The water pressure for the shower rivaled my one at home. The upgraded tap keycard system also shows this hotel is staying up to date. And lastly the Receptionist was really nice to us even though we checked in at 11pm.

Just a spur of the moment stop on our way to our vacation spot, completely unplanned, but we wanted to rest as we'd been driving for 7 hours. They didn't require reservations, had no problem getting checked in, the room was super nice with several charging ports. They had an outdoor pool THAT WAS OPEN, and a hot free breakfast. And they were very reasonably rated at less than $110 for the p.m.

Good spot to stay, clean rooms, good breakfast, and the night and morning receptionist were both friendly. Good location near downtown and easily getting back on the highway.

I have a big family event once a year on memorial day. My family drove six hours and we had originally eight rooms booked at the best Western Regency in on Lynch Road. This hotel has been without water for a week and didn’t tell us until we came to check in. I chose to stay at the best western Riverside Inn and the rate was double and they had no handicap accessible rooms. The front desk person (Teresa) was amazing she showed me three different rooms so I could have an idea of what I was paying for and after I told her my story she called the manager and got us a great rate I don’t have to drive back home six hours. She made my day unbelievable!!!!!!

Great experience from check in to check out. Very clean and bed comfortable with nice pillows. At check in front desk clerk was amazingly friendly and helpful. She suggested the restaurant pictured and gave us directions. I had to call her because I’m not good with directions😂 and she stayed on the phone as I read road signs where we were.
👍👍 for customer service!!!! Next morning just as friendly clerk. Continental breakfast was good.

Oh my goodness! This is the most pleasant motel that we have ever stayed in. Both front desk receptionists, Kayla and Danica, were extremely helpful, cheerful and attentive. They both performed their jobs well, plus went way over and above to accommodate everything we requested. The room was clean and included a nice desk and refrigerator. We were able to use the printer, copier and microwave in the lobby. The breakfast was great and the decor very tasteful.

An excellent smaller Best Western property. Very clean and well kept motel. Very helpful staff. Tastefully remodeled and updated. Much better than average breakfast. The beds were very good and all the room amenities were fine.
We found this Best Western on a return trip from a convention in Ohio by accident last October (2017) while traveling late. We made a point of stopping there again on the return trip this October. We plan to stay again next year when going in both directions

This was a very clean and tidy motel. Room was very nice with a refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great! Staff was very helpful. Breakfast food was presented well and very good. Easy to find. Only drawback is it is not pet friendly. If I were traveling without pets in the future it would be my first choice.

This hotel is very close to where I live a couple towns over and I go here just to get away for a night or two, the beds are very comfy like sleeping on a cloud and the rooms are magnificent. I got a suite last time, and for the price I was overly impressed. Very high luxury room! 😘
