Absolutely above and beyond customer service at this location! The man helping me not only found out which wipers it was I needed but then once my card declined over and over again he STILL GAVE ME the wipers for just the 6 dollars in cash I had (the total was $25) and then came outside and replaced them for me while showing me how to do it myself next time! Guaranteed to always shop with you guys from now on and thanks again to the man behind the counter!

Went in this morning with a failing battery ,
10°f and 30 mph winds and Mack got my new battery installed and got me going again! All with a smile on his face!

Great customer service! Coming here over Advance Auto Parts any day. Stephanie and Kristin really took care of me and helped me change out my rear wiper blade and headlights. Jeff was also extremely pleasant. The staff is professional, polite, and they go above and beyond what they are asked to do. You can tell they genuinely care about the business and their customers.

This store has one of the most amazing workers named Mac! First my son's battery died in his vehicle after much run around from other auto parts store we met Mac. He was extremely professional, patient and informative while helping my son chose a battery and then proceeded to change it without any hesitation. Keeping that in my mind when my battery went on my vehicle not even a month later I went straight to Auto Zone and had the pleasure of working with Mac again. He again went above and beyond anything I expected. He stood outside in the -20 weather changing my battery for an hour. It was being stubborn and difficult but he didn't give up until I was on the road with a brand new battery. Again he was worried about the customer and provided amazing customer service. I highly recommend our Auto Zone located in Escanaba. I know they will always be my first stop from now on.

This auto zone is the best one I have been to they are so helpful an very passionate about making sure u have everything u need an to the gentlemen tht helped me Saturday on Feb 5th is was a sweetheart... everything I asked him he had an answer for an more they are very caring an helpful here an made sure I was satisfied before I left so I would like to thank him ... an hope u all have the experience I did if u go there .... Just had our battery tested, had to get a new one because it was bad, and they even changed it for us. We were in and out within 7 minutes thanks to Jeff and Kristen. (Not sure how to spell her name). Very nice.

Called to ask for an odd part for go kart, I know long shot, but the guy I spoke to tried to find it for us, when he couldn't find it using autozones catalog he went even further and looked it up and found it on google for us to order and even recommend another place that might have it. Awesome customer service compared to all other car part stores in area who seem annoyed that I had called and we very unhelpful. Great job autozoners!!!

Honestly was shocked when i walked in to this store.
Check outs a little small in size(counter top) but this autozone had some really cool stuff Ive never seen on a shelf in any other part store I've gone to (oriellys,advance,napa even other Autozones) in michigan..
