Vintage Mercantile

Lots of beautiful and interesting items in this cute shop! And I absolutely LOVED the surprise of being greeted by a sweet golden retriever!
I saw complaints in another review of not being "greeted" but I found the owner very pleasant and gave us our space to look around in peace without feeling in any way suffocated with attention (as some salespeople may unwittingly do).
My husband and I left with a large set of taxidermied butterflies that looked like it came from a museum at a great price.
I would certainly recommend the store!

Very clean and organized antique and vintage goodies store. Easy parking and now a coffee shop in the back room with great atmosphere, couch and fireplace!

Always a great place to stop. I noticed not much new inventory since my last time in (last year, same time, around the morel festival). They are always very helpful and lots to see here!
