The rooms are very old and could use some updating. But the service and location is great. The whole area has tons of restaurants and things to do it's convenient. The skiing here is great. I like that most of their trails stay open late. During the summer the mountain and stunning. There is a lot of outdoor activities from horse back riding, ziplining, biking etc.

Took the family down there, it was our first time. We lodged in a 7-12 person condo. We had a great time everybody was friendly. The food was good especially the 40 Acres Tavern wings! We did a little skiing for the first time the personal trainer definitely helped us to get an understanding. Last we went to the indoor water park which included three tube slides.

Super amazing place to spend with your family. Prices aren't too bad for the rooms, but I definitely wouldn't recommend buying much food and drinks there as they are very overpriced. Make sure to pack drinks for the room and snack. Wait times aren't long for any of the ski lifts. They have great views and the service is very nice everyone is kind. The best part might have to he the pool that's outdoors it's a very great experience. The indoor waterpark is also very nice. Not very big, but still a great experience, although they did say the water would be heated. It was very cold, and the food is very very expensive. 15 dollars for 4 tenders and a drink. No fries. Overall I highly recommend this place for a trip with a family or significant other.

My family spent Christmas Eve at Boyne Mountain- we enjoyed Avalanche Bay, The Sky Bridge, Eagles nest, and dinner with Santa at the Clock Tower ! My boys' ages are 7yr, 9yr, 15yr. It was a perfect quality time day ♡ if you have not spent the day at Boyne Mountain PLEASE do! You will not be disappointed! It is very charming this time of year!

What an excellent experience! Everyone was really nice and helpful, my only gripe is that our room was full of mold around all the corners, around the window, I have a violent mold allergy and figured even if we changed rooms there's a high chance it would have been the same. The worst part is, is that they almost certainly will not treat it properly. Other than that, it was such a great experience and had the best time ever

Everyone goes above and beyond to make your vacation perfect. Just GO! The decorations are beautiful. There are so many places to relax and enjoy. Restaurant, a coffee shop, did I mention the SPA?? Yes, please!

Overall, really enjoyed our time here. There are a nice range of activities as well as dining options. It's also very family friendly but a few too many kids for our taste. Although this could be a nice romantic get away, the presence of kids everywhere in the pool and hottub reminds you otherwise

Great location to ski and do other exiting activities like the sky bridge. We had the presidential suite and it was great with lots of rooms for at least 3 families, it was also modern and pretty new.

Took a Skiing Lesson for beginners with Greg and OMGosh, he was the BEST ever. So patient. So kind. Really gave us a step by step breakdown and we just adored him so much. You can tell he is so passionate about his work and loves being there.

We are a queer couple and this man was 70 something...(I asked LOL) and SO sweet to us. Didn't make us feel any type of way AT ALL. Loved him.

There is so much to do here and it's such a fun place! We ended up having to leave early unexpectedly and even though they didn't have to per their policy they still refunded us our 2nd night. Kayla at the front desk was super helpful and a 5 star employee. Bloody mary was amazing and the food is great too. We will be back thanks for the hospitality Boyne!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Came to visit from out of state and drove 2 hours to get there from where we were staying. When we arrived due to the state of the conditions of the mountain they weren't allowing any Sno-Go rentals. Abby from customer service help rectify the situation and was extremely helpful. (Seriously, Abby was amazing)
We also had to call customer service a few times to change the dates of our lift tickets because of rain and Samantha and a few other associates were super helpful in moving these dates for us.

Our experience was as good as it could have been given the conditions on the mountain. Hopefully we'll get to revisit again in a few years and see some real snow.

An amazing destination in Michigan! Bring your bike or E-bike and you’ll have a great way to ck out the area. Of course, rentals are always available too. The SkyBridge! It’s a must see-what an awesome engineering feat! The staff is so accommodating and helpful-don’t hesitate about the ski lift that takes you to the upper level, they’ll slow it down if you need an extra minute to depart. Hotel lobby is beautiful & welcoming! If you're there at the right time, you may find warm cookies waiting as you walk in! Little things count..., a lovely decanter of lemon-lime water, or cucumber basil water is right there for you if you're thirsty too. The food - absolutely amazing! Great hot breakfast buffet or order off the menu! You WILL enjoy your stay!

Came during early November, so it was way slower than if we came during the busy season. Came for a romantic weekend getaway and was not disappointed! Good restaurants, service, and atomosphere! Rooms are incredibly clean. We upgraded to a room with a soaker tub and it was clean and roomy enough for two. Help yourself to the robes in the closet before heading down to the pool! Where you’ll find a delightfully warm indoor/outdoor pool and two outdoor hot tubs!

Amazing Place, beautiful and a ton to do. The staff was very friendly and so accommodating. We booked a room and after one night felt it wasn't the best for us since we had a 3year old and needed something a bit bigger. The staff immediately helped us get a bigger room that was located central to everything. Even helped us move all our luggage to new room. Definitely a must stay for families. This resort takes amazing care of all guests. 5 ☆ place

Very pretty at night, very nice places to eat, didn't know it was the biggest waterpark in Michigan so that's cool, overall a very good trip and place to go, would recommend!

We've been here multiple times. There are so many different things to do. They have rides on the ski lifts up to the new bridge that you can walk across and look down through the glass bottom. Zip lines are definitely a plus here. You can rent electric bikes and take a tour throughout the woods on bike paths with Rafael, the guide. He was great even when I fell repeatedly while trying to stop.

We didn't stay on location but my fiancée and I did go for the day and check out the SkyBridge and I was completely blown away!
It's a completely amazing resort and I wish I had more than just the day to take it in.
They had active construction and projects going along the whole mountian. It was very great to see.
As well, I would absolutely love to go and spend sometime there in the winter and truly enjoy the mountian and the winter sports it caters to.
I snowboard and it just looks like such a great place.
I loved the vibe. It's super cute.
Staff was very nice and everyone was friendly.

This was our first time staying at the resort and it was such a lovely time. My fiancĂ© proposed to me at the top of the hill after you cross the SkyBridge - it was the best day ever! The employees at Boyne made our weekend so much more special - we got a complimentary bottle of champagne and all of the servers at the bars/restaurants on site were so wonderful and excited for us. Our room at the Boynehof Lodge was darling, super clean and could walk to everything. We will be back for next year’s fall colors!!
