The Carpet and Drapery Shoppe

I've used them twice and was completely satisfied both times. Had them install carpet in several rooms of my house. Definitely will get ahold of them again in the future.

I love my tile shower and all the flooring in my home! I also love my shades you were able to put over the window on my door!

My husband and I are having our carpets in our home all taken out and putting hard floors in. I cannot express how happy we are with Carpet and Drapery. I was stressed out thinking how hard it was going to be and time consuming to move all our furniture out of the way, but Dave ( the person putting our floors in) made us feel reassured that he would help anyway that he could and instead of us working around him, he worked around and with us. He's almost done with the floors and it's absolutely beautiful, we couldn't of asked for anything better.

These guys did an awesome job on my flooring (kitchen, pantry, bathroom, office, and small staircase)! Cannot recommend enough! Shout out to John and his brother! :) Thank you!

Stopped in for the first time looking for ideas for a spare bedroom floor. Given some good options and found a nice carpet remenent for a great price.

Went in to order drapery rods and hardware. Worked with a “designer”, and someone came out and measured our 2 big picture windows. My husband is very handy, so we planned to install them ourselves. The store ordered 144” of rod for windows that were only 110” wide. And the finials were way larger than expected. When we told them that we had the wrong size, they said that this was ordered because if they were installing, they would have cut them down to fit. We went back and forth, and eventually I received a refund for the pieces I could not use. I was able to purchase the correct sizes on line, and had delivery in 6 days, rather than the 5 weeks the Carpet and Drapery took. The cost of the items on line was less than 1/3 the cost that Carpet and Drapery would have charged. Plus they wanted $500 to install. This place purports to be high and, but trust me, they are not worth what they charge!

I picked out the carpet I wanted They came out and measured the room that needed the carpet .. they couldn’t tell me the sq ft at my house they needed to figure it out at the office … weird cause I measured the room myself and figure out the sq ft. Any who got my quote. For a 1 room less that 400 sq ft with no carpet to remove and my choice of carpet being $2.45 sq ft they wanted $1871.00 dollars. That is insane won’t be getting my business

They ordered the complete wrong color, wasn’t even close. Then copped an attitude. Save yourself some time and money and just go to Menards
