Mya & Stacy went ABOVE and beyond for me. I went in today, frustrated & upset. They made me laugh, solved my issue, and helped me get all fixed up. With a smile on their face, a joke to tell, and a great energy to them. You don’t find women like them out in the world to often and I was beyond blessed to be helped by those ladies.

Always ready to order online, and parts are ready right away. If they don't have what you need, it's usually available the very next day.

Made a stop there today looking for a spec tool. Brought up issue on window wiper fluid not spraying (the staff said hi and if i need help) and I attempted to explain it but mentioned i could take a picture of a part i wanted. So i went out to take one. The gentleman followed me out to the truck i opened the hood he looked at my fluid line issue and fixed it right there on the spot with out me even asking for help. They didn't have my spec tool but i have to compliment this stores people with high praise. Well done escanaba.

Incredibly helpful staff! Our motorhome broke down and they were able to help me locate a part that would work to fix our issue. They also gave my boys some stickers! Above and beyond customer service! Thank you!

The guys on duty yesterday helped me, patiently. What I thought was a quick stop because I was a quart low, turned into an unexpected purchase. My dad had left the oil cap off ....I wondered what smelled bad on the way there! They did have a cap, in stock, and even volunteered a plastic funnel to add my oil.

Great customer service. Got what I needed in a few minutes. Andy helped out assembling exactly what I needed for a brake job. Excellent place for any automotive project for the DYI mechanic.

You make friends over the years there and they mention other informative information that leads to a better understanding of it or what else pertains to the situations(s).
Heck they'll even send you to another place of business if it can solve the problem to keep you going down life's road . 🙂

Employees are always very helpful, with reasonable prices. There are at least 4 other auto part stores within a few miles, and I choose to keep going here for me vehicles
