The disable woman was great in telling people sorry they had to wait for there animals. Great customer service. The other young lady that help me,I think her name was Lisa was very nice with my cat Izzy. Great customer service this time.

Amazing staff who are always quick to answer or find the answers to my questions and are very patient with me. I have the Optimum Wellness plans for my dogs from the Banfield organization, and they always let me know my options on how to utilize my plans to their fullest. Reminders are sent however I choose, with options being Email, Text and/or Phone call as well as standard mail. The website easily provides past visit information as well as lab results and other informationals. This location is the closest to the Banfield Headquarters as well.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff here.I have a Rottweiler, so I have experienced judgement with him in the past, but Dr. Bachelder and her team have made us feel so comfortable and they give him pup so much love.
The gal working at the front checking customer in, was so friendly and sweet. I dropped my dog off at 9:30am and picked him up around 6:30pm and she was still there with a big smile on her face and still providing excellent customer service even after a long busy day.

Dr. Bachelder is amazing. When I came to pick up my pup, she came out to speak with me and go over everything from his apt. She explained the details in a way that I could easily understand, and gave me options of how to move forward and be proactive with my doggies health. I could tell she really cares about each of the animals she sees and wants the best for them and their owner. I appreciate Dr. Bachelder and her team so much and will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know who needs a reliable vet.

I was a little hesitant to bring my greyhound in because he is an extra special anxious princess,but after talking with the staff and Dr. Nelson, I realized he was in kind and capable hands. They knew about his unique bloodwork and were patient in explaining his test results to me. He almost seemed like he didn’t want to leave. Almost haha. I will certainly be bringing my committee back to Dr. Nelson for their care.

This past Sunday, our two Labrador retrievers grabbed a can of almonds from the kitchen counter and finished them off in no time. Doing some quick digging online, I found that, in large amounts, almonds can cause pancreatitis. To make a long story short, they needed to come back up... I called the Banfield - East Vancouver hospital on 192nd at 4:00, shortly before they were scheduled to close and told them what happened; I needed their help. They said to swing by and they'd assess and treat them. 20 minutes later I was walking in to the hospital and they were leading my dogs back to the treatment area for care. My dogs were treated and I was good to go before 6:00. I'd like to point out that the medical team there at Banfield - East Vancouver took my dogs at the very last minute knowing that it might impact their being able to leave on time on a Sunday evening and head back home themselves. This was going above and beyond and really embracing the principle of caring for animals. I sincerely appreciate their willingness to take us in as they did. Dr. Downs and the medical team there are exceptional caregivers. Thank you all!

Staff has been amazing! I've had a couple questions since moving to the area about my cats health and they've been phenomenal. Always quick and courteous service, even with my "I hate being in a carrier and moved" kitty. They were so patient with her and it was very reassuring. Thank you very much and keep up the great work.

Our regular vet didn't have time or space to see my cat for an issue he was having, so I called around desperately to so many vets. Banfield was the one that got us in the next day, and my little guy has been fine since! The doctor was really nice, and funny! It was a good experience.

Other groomers are exceptional very pleasant friendly people big variety of pet supplies dog cat and you name the animal they pretty much got it they got a veterinarian

Dr. Nelson and her tech Liz are amazing. They love their job! Liz was a breath of fresh air that made my day. My dog Marty is unsure of most people and he loved her. She took the time to get to know each other and to make him comfortable. She went above and beyond.

I take all my pets to Banfield, they treat them very well. I called in today to get some pricing information and was blown away by the customer service. Chad Heart went above and beyond getting me any type of Information or solution for my issue. They left me in a better mood after that call. I never once felt rushed even tho there was a chance I wouldn’t buy, they simply wanted to help. Great job Chad, thanks again!

Our dog, Gravy, loves the store, the care, but especially the staff. For over 3 years we've had nothing but quality, professional care for our very loved dog at Banfield. Drs. Bucholder, Nelson and Tong are all experts, and very good at what they do. The support staff, from Alina on down, are caring professionals as well. They make Gravy feel really comfortable while helping us to keep him healthy. Last point: Banfield Wellness Plan is worth every penny, and saves us hundreds of dollars a year. Highly recommended!

I have taken my dogs here on and off for years. I made a scheduling error and booked at another location. Even though I was wrong Ashton went above and beyond to help me sort out the problem I created. She was professional and understanding and worked immediately to help me find a solution. I could only wish all the employees at my businesses treated our customers as well as Ashton treated me!!!

Located at the back of Petsmart. This Banfield has been good to us, our dogs and cats, both. They have been good with scheduling and standard appointments. They have also been spectacular about emergency visits (dog ate a bee).

Everyone is always kind & very efficient when caring for my dogs. They have helpful resources and truly care about your animal as if it was their own. I have been to the other banfield locations but this location is by far the best and set a high standard for other vets in town. I'm so thankful for the staff!

Convenient location on east Vancouver. Great vets & staffs. Waiting on phone in is a little frustrating due to it's busy business

Very Impressed. I switched from my vet that I have been going to for the last 20 years. I hadn't been happy with them the last few times. I was impressed with Banfield's level of caring they had for my Rodney and how they explained everything clearly and all the charges. They have my business!!!!!

They always take great care of my babies! From tortoises to kitty cats, the staff is kind and knowledgeable. Also, someone stupidly thinks the wellness plan is a scam? We've saved several hundred dollars thanks to having it!

Everyone was very nice and they took real good care of my German Shepard/Husky mix.
