Absolutely amazing! They were so upfront and helpful about my laptop screen being broken. They told me right out what could happen and a possible time frame for what I needed done. Fair price for what I needed and how long that would take. They confirmed with me before just doing it, which I loved!! I’m always hesitant with new places as I’ve had some very dodgy people try and tell me other things and not give me all of the info I needed. But Stratos is amazing! Frequent updates and they care about you and your devices. Talked to Rob and he was super helpful and truthful. I like this place and will definitely come back if/when my laptop decides to throw a fit again. Thank you!!!!

I had my 2011 computer rebuilt there, and it is now amazingly fast, better than ever, and at a very reasonable cost. Very friendly service, easy access too!

Bought a computer and a power supply from them, pretty decent computer for the price. Thought the power supply was dead and they had me bring everything in. They diagnosed the issue(need a adapter for the motherboard), found what I needed, offered to order it for me, and even cleaned my graphics card for me. All free of charge and with a smile. Excellent customer service.
