Aitkin Medical Supply

Ordered my Boost July 2-3?. Usually shows up within 5 business days. On the 19th I called to check on my order, I was told it was delivered to a Hinckley address (after I was agrued with the fact it was Not delivered to me the 11th and avising them to check the status online with Speedy delivery). I was told it will be ordered and I should see it tomorrow or Saturday but to call back if I don't see it next week. I call the 24-25 and was told it was delivered today at 10:22 to my isanti address, get home, call my office, nothing. Call day later and was told it was actually in St cloud at 1022 and speedy has tried making 3 attemps, which was Not true by my Proofs! Ordered again because of being sent back to the warehouse. ??what?? I started getting upset, and was told "there was no need to be rude" they say, call if you don't see it by Fri. I started crying. Now I sit August 7th calling again, and I was told it was on back order and should be coming my way today or tomorrow, but if I don't see it by Friday call again....are you F'n kidding me? I'm glad to be in a new county, which will give me a new health plan attached to my medicare and a new medical supplyer. Btw this not the first problem I've had with Aitkin medical supply. Not enough room on here to talk about that one.

We went to pick up a walker for my dad insurance covered all but $50 which was fine and we got to the store and it was all the sudden $100 out of pocket just ridiculous

Order new face mask still waiting for them to ship 10 days latter and have it on hand????
