Tim and family are amazing. We get our boat serviced, winterized and stored here and they always take good care. They are incredibly honest and fair pricing. Couldn’t ask for more!

They also seem to have exactly what I need when I accidentally break something. They’ve saved me more than once.

Bought a fishing pole and it broke. Called and they said bring it in and pick out another one. Now that's customer service! Wish I had purchased my dock from them. Purchased another rod and reel from them and will continue to support them because of their outstanding service!!

They handle a lot for us. Bought our dock, lift, bait etc there. We also have them service our boats. They have installed trolling motors for us. Top Notch.

Our Family was up at our cabin and we had just a few hours left to pontoon on Friday eve before the rainy and windy weekend. We were out for 30 minutes and our pontoons hydraulic power steering line came loose, we lost our fluid and ultimately our steering. Limped it to shore, Called Farm Island, closed at 5 pm, called Bill's open until 8 pm and they had the Seastar fluid we needed, ran up picked it up and thought that was it, fill the reservoir and we're good to go! Not quite how it works we found out, they explained how we need to fill and bleed all at the same time. Thank gosh they explained the details, had no idea!! Did what they told us and we were back on the water in 15 minutes.. Thanks much!!!

My ice auger stopped working with a gas leak and bad blades. They got it fixed in 4 hours on a weekend. Now ot runs like new. Thank you

I've been stopping into Bill's ever since I can remember. With a cabin on ripple lake I've been a customer for over a decade or more. He is the man to see if you need bait and tackle in the Aitkin area. Always friendly with speedy service to get ya back on the lake sooner, than later.

I bought a cabin on Cedar on June 29. Put the boat lift in a couple days later and the lift cable broke. Asked Tim if he knew someone that could put the new cable on since I had no experience with lift cabling. Tim said he could and came out July 3rd in the evening to install. Tim is very knowledgeable and great to work with! THANK YOU Tim for fixing our lift so quickly!!
