I needed some tire work done and paradigm happily performed the job. From setting the appointment to billing for the work, I’m pleased with paradigm! Will definitely use their services in the future!

Over the Memorial Day weekend my truck broke down. I contacted Nate at Paradigm Auto first thing Tuesday morning hoping he could get me in to replace an alternator so that I could travel 8 hours back to my home in Iowa on Wednesday. He was extremely accommodating and told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. I had it towed 20 miles to the shop, and sure enough, the alternator had failed and was replaced quickly. Both Nate (the owner) and Steven (the technician) were very good to work with and VERY competent in their work.

I had another matter (not associated with the alternator) come up before I left that I had them also check out. Once again, they worked me right in and fully resolved the problem. I cannot express how impressed and grateful I was with their customer service, patience and skill, and the whole experience of working with them. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!!

The air conditioning in my vehicle was not working and I was worried it might be the A/C compressor. I spoke with Nate and he told me I could bring it in the next morning. I brought it in and approximately 2 hours later he called and said it was only very low on freon and he filled it and tested the system. Very fast service and a fair price. I would highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

I had an amazing experience with Paradigm Automotive! I was 2 hours from home when my car broke down, and they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule to get me back on the road. When I called them about my car, Nate took action immediately to get my car into the shop and was very professional. They had my car back up and running in no time, and for a fair price. I was stranded in Garrison and had to have my car towed to Aiken. I called them and they ordered the part. They did not have the part in stock but it was delivered early the next day. They came in early and repaired my car. These guys are really cool.

First time I used these guys and was very satisfied. Nate is a friendly and knowledgeable person. Good price for a brake job and quick service. I will use them again

Fixed issues, simpler than I thought they would be.

Paradigm went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed. I had a malfunctioning PCM. They communicated with me the issues it had and worked hard to get parts. Pricing was fair considering it was a computer issue. I would recommend them and will be a returning customer! Thank you!

I've taken my car to another place in town for years. They could never get it to stop pulling to the right, even after multiple alignments and tire rotations. I was basically told there's nothing more they could do, that's just how it's going to drive from now on.
Brought it to Paradigm for the first time yesterday to try another alignment and FINALLY it stopped pulling! The steering wheel doesn't shake anymore when I brake either, so I assume that was related.

We were up for few days and my starter went out in my 2007 ford explorer. They were able to get in in and change the starter so we weren't stranded very long. They went above and beyond by picking me up at our cabin because we had no other transportation.
Thanks again everyone even the towing company who was able to get it to the shop within an hour.

I am new to area, and had a terrible experience with another Aitkin shop that did not fix my car. . Nate was great. He is honest and explained everything. He did what he said he would. My car was fixed. I will always use this shop if I need more service.Thank you for great service.

Great service. I always feel like they’re being honest, and are very helpful all around. They really go out of their way to make sure every little thing is taken care of, so that I don’t have to worry about my car. 5/5 will be back again.

Had a lots of repairs here done on a f150 and a jeep wrangelr so gonna update this reveiw. work done in short for whats not listed ecu,ACwires,electriacl,wielding,trans,4wd,timingchain. For contact speed takes no check in just a drop off takes about like 2 or 3 days what is fair, for appointment around the same. They have walked me in and shown how bad my diffs were before what was pretty nice of nate. Overall a trusted shop what does quailty work and they care for your vechile.
