Forest City Threshers

I attended a wedding reception here and it was a very nice facility. Clean inside and lots of room outside to visit and for kids to play. There was a lot of parking space available and there is room for tents outside, if needed.

Great facilities. Good parking area. Large crowd and well organized tractor pull.

Facility is great, we had our wedding here. The man that operates it and rents it out was very unprofessional. We paid for renting the whole building and 2 nights of camping and nobody camped the first night and they would not refund our money back for that night. He was rude and disrespectful about it in text messages I received from him. He told me I was lucky to even get my damage deposit back because he had to rearrange about 4 tables and sweep under some chairs, even though when we booked it, my mother had to clean the bathrooms before we could even use them, as they were filthy and full of garbage. Love the facility, did not enjoy the backlash from him regarding our cleanup job, which was 100% complete when we handed the keys back over. Not once did anyone wish us "Congratulations," or "have a great time," or even a "thank you." But they were quick to solicit us for membership to the club. It was all about the money and how our event would benefit the club. Would not recommend to a friend.

Was at 2022 threshing show. Is interesting, neat old stuff.
