GuidePoint Pharmacy is top notch! Excellent customer service. When looking for something in the store, someone from the pharmacy area always comes out to ask me if I need help looking for something! I've never experienced that in any other pharmacy! Very nice & friendly. They also deliver! A great experience being a customer at GuidePoint Pharmacy. They do value your business in the way you are treated!

My mother and I followed the pharmacist when he worked in Crosby to his own location here in aitkin. He and his staff are very polite and they make sure you know about any new medication , and go that extra mile to help their customers!! Another great service they supply is if you can't make it in then they deliver to you. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing to get meds filled . The staff here are courteous and helpful. I love the small town pharmacy experience provided here. I'd recommend them to anyone! There are delivery services available to the Aitkin area. There IS curbside pickup available and the store itself is very organized AND easy to navigate.

While Matt's Guidepoint and staff may seem small at first, he makes up for size with quality and has yet to be without a welcoming and helpful spirit, and shares what he knows what local doctors recommend. Also their inventory that has been proven better than those that are larger but have proven not better, just bigger. Keep it up!

The Pharmacists here are knowledgeable and get to know you. They call you with questions before filling something that concerns them, even if it’s the amount ordered or the price. My favorite Pharmacy ever!

After 29 years of being with one pharmacy that has in this town for many years. I made the decision to change pharmacies to guidepoint and I love it the people are so nice and everything is done so efficiently I recommend them for anybody.

Horrible experience with this pharmacy. The pharmacist was completely rude and would not listen to my concerns. They wouldn’t run my medication thru my insurance. So they continued to tell me they just weren’t going to be able to fill my prescription. Only to find out that they just refused to run it thru my insurance.
