Wilber Care Center

Whenever I have come to the Wilber Care Center I have always felt welcome and accommodated. As executor of a friend’s estate, a few of us had the responsibility of cleaning out her room and disposing of her things. The staff made carts available to us, a place for us to gather, and were always polite and helpful.
My friend lived living there and based on my experience I can see why.

My visits to see my mom are always great and staff is usually very friendly!! But are we ever going to live a normal life without mask!!!! It’s time!!! I feel at times mom room isn’t keep very clean vacuuming and the bathroom I had to ask them last time I was there to vacuum and clean the toilet. Otherwise I’m happy with the care she receives and she loves the young man on night shift that helps take care of her one of her favorite and now she’s sad cause he left to do a military tour for a few months!!

When we knew dad couldn’t live alone we search several assisted living facilities and were very lucky to have a room at Wilber. Dad is getting great care and we feel he is thriving there. He has friends to play cards with in the afternoons, has a very nice large room with kitchenette, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to place here.

The staff make family members feel welcome, and we're grateful they truly care for the emotional and physical needs of our mother. Aides show empathy, compassion and respect to make clients feel comfortable.

Our mother started her stay here a week ago big change for. Her . After a couple days she has become comfortable and now she has more structured life than sitting home alone I think she will do well staff must be doing a nice job with her we certainly appreciate the efforts made for her comfort and daily needs provided.

All of the staff here are kind and welcoming whenever I am there to visit. The rooms are kept clean.
It is apparent that the staff truly cares about the residents. The residents appear happy and taken care of!

The Wilber Care Center strives to meet the needs of its residents, families and staff. I appreciate all of their hard work, which reflects my 5*'s.

My friend is being taken care of very well. She especially likes the bath aide.

Visiting my mother, the room was clean, the staff was very friendly, my mother seemed to be well cared for.

Had a great visit. Everyone is so helpful!

This facility is very nice. Check in for visitation (screening) may be too challenging for non-computer literate people. Visitors must still wear masks, and unfortunately, the residents are supposed to wear masks when they have visitors too. This is BS, as it is their home!

This place is TERRIBLE! If the person in the nursing home gets "in trouble" they make them stay in their room FOR TWO WEEKS!
PLUS they won't give her a bath/shower for the whole TWO WEEKS!!!
THE ENTIRE TIME THE WORKERS COME IN TURNED ON THE AIR CONDITIONING AND DIDN'T COME BACK TILL EVENING.
MY MOMMA WAS FROZEN!!! ITS SNOWING OUTSIDE. THEN THE $ PART...SHE IS SUPPOSED TO GET EXTRA $ COMING IN AND THEY TOLD HER IF SHE DOESN'T GIVE THEM THE CARD THEY GONNA KICK HER OUT...
THIS PLACE IN WILBER IS TERRIBLE.!!!
