Very nice people

Extremely rude, especially to non Caucasian people. The big lady in red especially, was very rude and yelling at two Asian people. Not only will they waste your time on purpose, they'll yell at you too!

If you get the guy driver examiner that’s good sign. He was so nice first time I went and second time I went it was Women diver examiner and she was chewing gum can’t hear her and I ask question she was so rude.

The amount of disrespect on me and my sister. They were so racist towards me and other people too! I wish to they could close their place because of how bad people there is. No one was able to treat us nicely. Better service and members, please! So disgraceful.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had while trying to get my license swapped over from a different state. I was told I had to take a online test and every single question is about driving in Nebraska and asking questions relating to percentages.

If this was brought to my attention beforehand then I would have looked it over. However it wasn’t, so not only was my time wasted I’ll have to plan for another day of fun activities at the Wilber DMV.

I understand that sometimes kids fail driving tests, that wasn’t the problem! The problem is when the tester yells at and belittles the person who took the test. Maybe a “common decency”class would be good for the lady we had today?

I really wish it would be open more than once a week! This is a complete and total joke.

Total joke with incompetent staff. They have it out for citizens of Lincoln and they aren’t afraid to let you know!
