NEMCA is by far the best MAT program I have ever been a part of. The staff is professional, compassionate, and have a true understanding that everyone's path is different. Having support available 7 days is so helpful, especially during a pandemic where you're lucky to be answered by an automated system. If nobody answers I leave a message and my call is returned promptly. I am supported completely and my recovery is strong. Thank you to all the staff who go above and beyond :)

The doctor's are great but policy's change alot . You can basically only talk to your doctor on the day u go . So if you have any issues only can talk to the front desk. You can be told one thing at a appointment but when u call your told something else. I wish they would implement policy changes so that you can talk to a doctor if need be and not wait till next appointment to solve ur problem when u need it to be solved that day .

Amazing place gna renew my card again

They are FANTASTIC

Careful, they state they take Cigna insurance. I gave them my insurance info on day one, took them over a month to get payment to go through insurance. I had an illness which required me to miss my monthly appointment. They state they will work with you but after calling to reschedule my appointment they couldn’t accommodate and suggested going without medication for 8 days and driving to the Canadian boarder to see the md. It’s easier to get high on the street then it is to maintain recovery through this provider. Please seek treatment at a more compassionate place!

By far the most money hungry unprofessional establishment to land in new England. Everything is the clients fault. You pay for a service which includes counseling and medical treatment and they do not provide what u pay for in a professional manner. I'll explain. My 2 year old broke his arm and had to have emergency surgery on the day I had an appointment and since I did not make the appointment they refused to give me my medication. Mind you you severely detox from this medication and I told them I'd have to buy these pills they prescribe me off the street and risk my sobriety they still refused to rectify the situation. If your an addict seeking help this is not place. they care about the money not your recovery.
