Domino's Pizza

Off the top of my head, this is the best service I think I have had. I ordered pick up. When I ordered on the app, there is an option for the pizza to be cut in squares. I never had a pizza cut like that. So i decided to give it a shot. I was already driving in the area, so I showed up early to pick up the pizza. I walked up to the counter and gave them my name. The worker told me "Hold on, I have to get my manager from the office. She needs to speak with you.". The manager comes walks up to the counter and tells me "The pizza is done" (The pizza was done about 5 minutes early). She told me "I am so sorry. The worker is new and accidentally cut your pizza in triangles. So I am giving you a voucher for a free pizza the size of your pizza without having to buy anything." I stood there in shock and insisted that I didn't mind about the cut. She told me "What you order is what you get. We mistake made by us is on us. We want our customers leaving the restaurant with exactly what they ordered. If we mess up then you get get a free pizza of your choice." She was manager. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The pizza is the best in the area.

The pizza is ace. The crew knows what they are doing and the food has been phoenemal. thank you so much for all your hard work.

This store truly has the BEST customer service hands down! No matter what the issue is your team ALWAYS take the initiative to make things right for the customer! I love ordering from this location & strongly recommend eating here if you love dominos that's always hot and customer service that truly cares about their customer's satisfaction! Just did a late night order for two pizzas and a stuffed cheese bread with three drinks and the service was perfect these workers delivered above and beyond

Tonight, I tried calling in an order but hung up halfway thru and decided to go to our local Domino's; ya know like people did many moons ago. Anyhow, my experience tonight with Mitch and E.J. was amazing. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy, satisfied customer. Outstanding customer service is difficult to come by anymore. It was refreshing to be treated like a human and to have employees working that seemed like they actually cared about their job and take it seriously. Thank you to all the employees this evening but a huge and special shout out to EJ & MITCH @ HOQUIAM DOMINOS! 💯💞

Had to do the no contact thing you know six feet away but my driver delivery guy Dylan was professional and Friendly he made the transaction feel less awkward and impersonal. As not to leave out the pizza...It was fantastic , not a long wait from order time to delivery time & just an all-around good experience.

Always quick, tasty and inexpensive. The drive up window is such an added bonus.

even when they had a mess up ( delivery driver dropped the soda ) 110% the store recooped the accident beyond satisfaction.. I was really impressed how the manager handled the situation. I believe the driver was relatively new so she didn't really know how to go about the whole ordeal. every other time nearly goes without any issue for delivery or pick up.

This is my local Domino's. COVID can be thanked for the rapid growth of curbside delivery options. We use curbside all the time. When ordering online we have about enough time to put on a coat, hop in the car and drive the 4 blocks ...pizza is almost always ready as we arrive. I wish I could comment on staff but I've never been able inside.

I didn't catch the man's name but when I called to place my order I told him what I wanted and that there was a coupon on the website but wasn't sure if I could use it over the phone. He was super nice and searched it up and found the coupon I was trying to use. I could tell by his voice he was not even slightly irritated or trying to rush me. I wish I caught his name so he could have recognition for a job well done. I times my order and it was ready as I was walking in the door. The gentleman who cashed me out was also friendly and chit chatted with me a bit. My pizza was delicious and hot as always.

Good fresh pizza, with a pop that was taken care of like a baby. Thanks Michael, good driving. Thanks for hiring good workers Domino's.

Just to remind everyone the old domino's pizza is closed. It's in the new location just about a 100 yd up the block and it's an awesome store clean with good service. Their prices are decent. They're not gouging us like the rest of the restaurants they've gone up a little bit but not ridiculously like the other restaurants have done

Pick up was easier than I expected when the pizzas were ordered online.

Even though I have ordered four times from here, the same thing every time and they messed it up every single time but have always made it right or gave me a gift card for the whole order again if I didn't want them to make the pizza right that day....great dominos

Nicest Dominoe's I've seen (and we travel full-time) with a large dining area and a modern new building. The staff was efficient and made us a good pie. This Domino's is way nicer than the rest of Hoquiam!

I find myself and others only review a store when they have had exceptionally good or bad service. I have never had bad service or a bad pizza from here, and the chicken fett is killer. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Always friendly, always fast and always fresh. Didn't do that on purpose, but it's true. We usually order carryout because of the carryout specials specifically, but there was only once that they messed up toppings. Unfortunately, we didn't realize it until we got home. I gave them a call and they had no problem fixing it right away! They delivered a hot and fresh pizza with the right toppings within about 20 minutes.
