JOANN Fabric and Crafts

We were looking for embroidery items, but needed some advice. Gerry helped us and answered our questions and found us exactly what we needed. She was very friendly and professional, and we really appreciate it!

I buy my wire, beads, and glass gems at Joann Fabrics and find the highest quality items, bar none.

Best fabric store in the area, along with if you can't find it in the store the staff can help you order what you need for you craft.

This was the first time I have been in this store for a very very long time. It was well stocked in holiday crafts and decor, the prices were a bit high, considering not everyone has money to spend right now. I however was in there for accessories for jewelry making and that in itself was just about sold out. They were well staffed and they were also training some new employee's from what I could gather. But even so, they were still able to ask everyone in the store who looked puzzled, if they needed help in their findings. They are very polite and even greeted us as we all walked in. I would recommend this location for sure.

I needed a last minute item for a cake I had to do. I looked online, the website there were 3 available in the store. I called ahead to be sure it was there. Sara answered the phone and was the most patient, courteous and polite person I have ever talked with on the phone about an item. I explained I found it online and just wanted to be sure that it was in stock before I drove 22 miles. Within seconds she was back on the phone with me and was willing to hold it for me until I arrived. She also checked out my purchases. Again she was very courteous, patient, and a very polite young lady!!! Thank you again Sara....

This was a quick trip in and out. I took my dog in with me as this location allows dogs. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

I was greeted by an employee even though she was putting up stock. She also asked me if she could help me find something. Being a regular shopper at JoAnn I pretty much know my way around this store. When I was ready to check out she stopped what she was doing to check me out.

Went in specifically to buy Kona black fabric to complete a project. Didn't shop other areas of the store but noticed a huge clearance sale in progress....friendly service at cutting counter and very friendly, speedy check out!

I was looking for a specific item but they didn't have it . . . The store associate was extremely friendly, suggesting to look at other similar items - as well as checking for it online if I'm able to! My visit was extremely pleasant all the way around!

They are always so kind and friendly. Have good sales if you pay attention. Love their decorations.

I love joanns! I always get such helpful suggestions when I'm there. I particularly like the one in olean N.Y.. The wonderful older associate at the cutting counter is so experienced. I am always relieved when I see her working.

I love this place they have everything a person sewing, crocheting, or embroidery could want or need.

Neat place, never been a crafty person myself but my girlfriend loves it. Very well organized and has alot of neat little pendants and make it yourself items

Helpful staff help me find what I was looking for. They were in stock. Every cash register was manned. I had no problems.
