Tim Hortons

Very friendly, minor mistake on my order but was handled professionally and taken care of without issues. As a first time customer, definitely satisfied with this establishment and staff. :)

Timmy Ho's is nothing but consistent. Staff were pleasant and prompt.

There are long lines in the drive thru, but worth the wait.

The customer service experience at Tim Hortons was excellent due to a worker named Gina . She is so pleasant and always remembers our orders to the key. As long as she is there we will never go to another store

Best cup of coffee and drive through

First time at this location and went through the drive through. It was busy as are most Tim Horton's... the line went pretty fast, the bagels and latte were good but most of all the drive thru contact was super friendly which was nice.

I so love Tim Hortons,my favorite place to grab daily coffee and either breakfast sandwiches or Timbits for my grands. It always amazes me to see the many cars lined up for drive through service. There is an employee named Gina that makes every visit a pleasure. She is so friendly and efficient. Never any problems with my order wish all workers would flow her example.

**Rachael is 5 star, not the store as a whole.*** In town visiting for work. Never heard of Tim Hortons before, but seems to be the go to coffee place. I had no idea what to order. Some of the people had a slight attitude, but Rachael was SUPER friendly and helpful. She's 5 star, if she wouldn't have assisted me both visits, I probably would have given 2 or 3 stars.

We have Tim Horton's coffee every single day maybe not on Sundays cuz we don't work on Sundays but if we go anywhere it's Timmy Hortons in our hand. This Tim Horton says very friendly employees that are fast and courteous we appreciate that

I recently went to this Tim Hortons with a huge order from our office. Ashley waited on me, and she was wonderful! She was patient, friendly and very efficient. My order was ready very quickly and it was perfect. Thanks, Ashley!

This is a tough review. I give it 5 stars because the food was great. But my meal this am was to say the least, alarming. A girl took my order and forgot to put the cheese on the order. She did ask me several times if that was all, like she couldn't hear. After sitting down to eat and realized the cheese didn't make it to my sandwich, I approached the counter. I don't know if it was the manager or the owner that handled this. But he immediately became disgruntled and was yelling across the store to see which associate waited on me. The girl that had waited on me was in the back room getting trays or something. The entire staff of girls was obviously terrified of the upcoming yelling match as they ALL knew this was going to end ugly. After berating her LOUDLY in front of the whole store, I wasn't even sure if I was still hungry. I feel really bad that girl, and obviously the staff gets treated that way. I own a business myself and would NEVER address my staff like that in front of everyone. To whoever that was, manager or owner, PLEASE dont treat those girls that way. Everyone makes mistakes.

Always good coffee but there are those times when you get to the bottom of your cup and there is nothing but a bunch of coffee ground those times are disappointing but over all its my favorite coffee around

NICE! We are half deaf & even when we didn't hear the server, he was very friendly and patient. Food was delicious & hot and the service was quicker than we thought it would be. Kudos!

Angel was sooo sweet! She was knowledgeable about the different brews, she was kind, she didn't act bored, and was just pleasant to talk to in general! That girl deserves a HUGE raise!

Always fast and courteous service at this Tim Hortons!! Dark roast is the best!!

Always love the coffee and people hopefully they get more employees so they can start being open 24 hours a day again

What's not to love about Tim Hortons? The folks in the drive-thru are jovial and friendly and are helpful in building your order. Keep it up!
