Always a pleasant experience. Food and service wonderful

I've never been to a Friendly's before, though I was familiar with the name (from the ice cream).
We were seated right away and the staff were all very friendly.
Place was clean. Not super busy at 10:30 on a Monday.
Menu focused half on desserts and half on hot food (we were here for lunch).
Prices were ok, food came out quickly and we were pleased. See pics.

After reading the previous reviews and living 1 and 1/2 hours away my family and I took the ride to Olean. As an African American Family we did not experience the same as others. The vibes were great the staff greeted us and seated us right away. Ashley was very patient and out going. The food was good. We had a concern about the restroom and it was taken care of right away. Our children were satisfied and enjoyed their time at Friendly’s. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Finally a Friendly's that's still open!
Me and my fiancé have been craving Friendly's for years after they closed so many of them down and finally came to the one in Olean. We ordered the honey BBQ burger which is our all time favorite burger. It was just as goood as we remembered it. The burger was juicy and full of flavor. Our server was very nice and the whole place just brought back great memories.

Got the Southwest pasta and the brownies and ice cream for dessert. The waitress had a lovely personality and was good at her job. It's always a tasty meal in pretty big portion sizes and reasonably priced too, thankful to have a Friendly's in my area🙏

We always have excellent service and great food at the Olean location 😀. The staff are hard working and friendly all the time. The food is always delicious and fresh made.

We had the Flying Saucer and Honey BBQ burgers, they were very good along with the small sundaes. The employees were friendly along with clean facilities. We appreciated our server, Jermaine, who was very accommodating.

Always great food, servers are very nice, quick service especially for a Saturday at 6. The chicken quesadilla is bomb. Our Friendly's in Jamestown has been closed for years now so I make it a priority to come to Olean once in a while for this reason! They always impress!

Food was great. Our waitress and the manager were even better. Overrall a great dining experience.

There used to be a Friendly's not far from where I live before they closed a lot of locations. Fast forward a few years to find they're still open and exactly how I left it, with nostalgia hitting like a pile of bricks! Definitely worth going to if you need your fix of Friendly's ice cream, along with an equally amazing meal to go with it.

There was only 1 waitress working. Running around getting to all us customers as fast as she could. She did as good as anyone could ask of her. Yes we had to wait for her to serve us but under the circumstances, we totally understood She did an amazing job. Her name was Marybeth
