I was visiting from out of state and had the pleasure of dining at Rediviva and I must say, the food was absolutely amazing.

Whether you were in the mood for seafood, steak, or vegetarian dishes, there was something for everyone. The attention to detail in the presentation of each dish was exceptional, with vibrant colors and artistic plating that made each plate a work of art.

My friend suggested I had the burger and let me tell you every bite was a burst of flavor, and I couldn't help but savor each mouthful.

Please don’t skip out on the dessert it was the perfect ending to an already remarkable meal.

What really set this dining experience apart was not only the incredible food but also the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable experience.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough about the food. It was truly a culinary masterpiece, with each dish expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. If you're looking for a dining experience then Rediviva is a must-visit.

I cannot thank the Farrs enough for taking me!

Excellent service. The place is very nice and quiet, great ambience for an intimate date night. We ended up here for our anniversary dinner because pretty much the rest of the town was closed by 8pm. (We're not from here, we are on vacation) first time having real homemade gnocchi and it was fantastic. My husband said his steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. First time I've spent $100 on a dinner and wasn't disappointed in anything. I would go back.

This is a special place. This is a farm to table gourmet resturant. A genius chef, and owner, Andy Bicker, prepares a daily special menu from local farms and fishermen. The dishes below were perfectly cooked and plated. The bartender was also an artist. Take your time here - you only live once.

I recently dined at Rediviva and had the pleasure of trying their Koji Striploin. The dish was an absolute delight, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Sharing it with my dining partner made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant's decor was captivating, creating a wonderful atmosphere that enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommend Rediviva for a memorable culinary and aesthetic journey.

This was an excellent date night experience, and they were wonderful with accommodating my nuanced food allergies. The dishes tasted incredible. Our server was attentive and thorough. She took care with writing down my allergens and then came back with an updated menu from the chef, who reviewed and sorted what I could or could not have. They were very kind when I added a few more things to my allergen list that I had forgotten, and we went through the same process again. The menu changes daily, and all the food is very thoughtfully prepared. Going to Rediviva is true fine dining, right here on the harbor!

This is one of best gourmet fine dining establishments in Aberdeen area, and not to be missed.
Good setting, located centrally, easy parking.
Quaint and laid back casual, with a good atmosphere. Small-medium dining area (not crammed) like 20 tables, with separate bar area -a real cocktail bar with a real bartender, and you will always find something delicious on the menu, amazing short rib, seafood (black cod) with a chef that pushed it up a notch to fine dining. Plan on a special night out, it will be moderately expensive, good service, but you get what you pay for, and you don't be disappointed. And you'll be back.
The menu items on the ratings don't reflect the full menu.

We were surprised this lovely restaurant in Aberdeen! We go to Canlis in Seattle every year for our anniversary and I'm not exaggerating when I say that the food and drinks we had at Rediviva were on par with what have had there. The black cod was so tender and flavorful. The Dungeness tortellini was delicious. And you have to order the Sourdough foccacia. All in a really cool and comfortable setting. Definitely making a point to stop next time we come through Aberdeen.

Edit: the next time we went there, we did not experience the issues listed below. I've increased my review accordingly.

Warning; all of the reviews stating a potentially VERY LONG WAITING PERIOD FOR YOUR FOOD ARE LEGIT.

Short review: the food is exquisite (it is pricey). The food portions are QUITE adequate (I noticed a few reviews previously that said the portion were on the smaller side....maybe the chefs noticed and changed things by this point, but if not, the portions are quite satisfying as they were). The staff need some serious tightening up/training.

That aside, let me explain to you our experience. We reserved ahead and upon walking in a few minutes early, we were immediately seated. The restaurant was maybe 1/2 to 2/3 full at the maximum of our stay.

Water came. Kind service came; our waitress explained how the menu worked (which was nice!). OF COURSE the menu was not the same as what we saw online as this restaurant is very vocal about a potentially daily/weekly menu change due to whatever is fresh and locally available (so it often can change daily). So we knew that. No docked points there.

The music was kind of loud for me personally, but ok. It was savvy. No points docked there. The environment was comfortable.

We ordered drinks and food. The drinks are YUMMY. Strong enough to notice the alcohol but balanced and tasty and unique. We waited approximately 45-50 minutes for our sides/appetizers to arrive (both of which were the same kind of soup). It was annoying a little, but the food was exquisite. I have not had such a tasty soup in 15 years.

We ate and again found ourselves waiting quite a long time for the main course. So my partner asked a particular waitress staff member who had been seen hanging around the bar but not doing a whole lot to set up another drink for him. She literally ROLLED HER EYES and SHOOK HER HEAD as it was, i guess, an obvious annoyance/inconvenience. It's been while since I felt so....bad to ask someone on the clock to order something as our waitress was clearly busy. If we weren't spending nearly $100 per person, maybe I wouldn't have minded but BOY was it a bit much to swallow.

We waited quite a bit more (a table that entered after us got their food before us, but maybe their orders were less complicated than ours (and yes, he got his drink in the mean time)). Our waitress offered their sourdough bread starter as a comp for our wait. We accepted.

Our dinner ended up coming right before the comp; we turned down the comp at that point because we're were so full and offered it to another table. The dinner? Some of the best food we've ever had. Delicious (I wish I asked for a spoon to slurp up the juices/sauce). Perfect. Fun, different, natural. We WILL be coming back again (5☆ alone), if nothing else excited about the next different menu.

Upon receipt, the waitress forgot that the comp was a comp (and that we ended up turning it down) and had the cost added to our order. We had it corrected with ease.

Maybe the restaurant reads their reviews; I SO BADLY wanted to give the restaurant a 5-star review because the food was mind-blowing. It was inventive, fun, local....the kinds of things we see in cooking shows. But the 3-star service made me feel compelled to settle at a 4 star review. As a local, we WILL be back and will be excited for what the menu holds. I hope the service is a bit tightened up. Also though, as a local hiring manager, I understand how hard it is to find enough quality employees in the area to run a smooth shift 🤷‍♀.

Thank you for bringing this level of cuisine to Aberdeen, WA.

Great sourdough focaccia. Delicious Alder&Blood Crème Brûlée. The bartender is on-point as always and the waitstaff does impeccable work. Really friendly and they all do a great job. Nothing on the menu makes you question your choice.

During our visit on the way to Olympic Park, we stumbled upon a delightful find. Originally there for a casual drink, the ambiance and presentation of the dishes inspired us to return for dinner later in the evening. A pleasant surprise that added an unexpected gastronomic touch to our night. Our waitress was charming, and the bartender skillfully crafted cocktails, contributing to a positive experience.

Wow! I mean wow! Recently, my husband and I enjoyed a PNW road trip, which led us to an overnight in Aberdeen, Wa. We looked into restaurants and Rediviva intrigued us. Literally, one of the best tasting meals we've ever enjoyed! We had the roasted butternut squash dish and a scallops dish. Apparently, the squash had been slow steam cooked for a long time before being pan roasted, with a great glaze/topping. We'd never had anything like it - and we've lived in dined in SF, Chicago, NYC, and Baltimore - meaning, we're not just "meat and potatoes" eaters. Both dishes relied heavily on great flavor combos and saturation, as opposed to the typical too much salt or "let's add heat and call ourselves interesting" thing we experience at a lot of places. It was art. What a treat. The bartender is the chef's sister and we learned that the chef's father helped remodel the space. In other words, Rediviva feels true to its intention of locally sourced ingredients, including the sweat equity and love of family who supports its artist/chef son. Indeed, we enjoyed fantastic meals all throughout our trip from Portland, along the coast and in to Seattle. Love the whole area! Rediviva is on par with anything we enjoyed anywhere.

Rediviva is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service is top-notch, the drinks make you want to order another, and the juicy, tender Wagyu cheeseburger was out of this world, yet we didn’t have to leave Aberdeen for the experience.

I chose to eat with my hands because it’s the best way to enjoy and respect such a delicious, carnivorous bounty. It’s how a burger of this quality ought to be eaten.

The salad on the side added the perfect complement. And it left me full and incredibly happy.

Add a couple genius concoctions from James and it made it the best meal to have after a long day. I will be back.

Excellent food, but you won't get fries with your burger or protein with your salad. Great mixed drinks. Limited but good beer and cider selection. Crowded even on a midweek night.

I had a one night stopover in Aberdeen and I’m glad I found this place. I got the bread, beet salad and the scallops. The food was really great and with what seems like limited options in the area this place really stands out. I found the prices to be pretty reasonable for a higher end restaurant where you get quality food. The portion size of the scallops was pretty good compared to what I’ve seen at other places that charge you more for less, and the sea beans in the dish were new for me and were awesome! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice sit down restaurant in Aberdeen.

Wow! The food was amazing. While stopping over in Aberdeen from Olympic National Park on our way back to Seattle, we tried a special fish dish, a tasty charcoal-roasted Pacific halibut, and a confit duck. The dessert was equally delicious with a delightful presentation. We’d definitely come back.

What a wonderful place this is! Must make a reservation. The atmosphere is so nice except that it did get loud in there. We went for the Wednesday night burger special. It was the best burger I have ever had! Very helpful and gracious waitress! Top notch restaurant with gourmet food!
