Glen Martin and the other gentlemen were so helpful. They are problem solvers, we could not be more happy.
When we called to pay our invoice, however, the receptionist was rude. Surprising considering how helpful and nice everyone else we spoke to was. (I will add we paid in full just two days after receiving it in the mail.)
We would highly recommend Martins for all you heating repair needs. Managment should speak to the receptionist regarding customer service skills.

Professional, curtious, knowledgeable and caring...called for emergency service on a Saturday on a very cold day and they had everyone already out on calls and they kept us informed when they could get here. After the initial fix on Saturday, they called on the next business day to be sure we were ok, and we had the same problem again. They helped us with identifying the issue and recommended we call the manufacturer if the part was under warranty which it was and it saved us a couple hundred dollars. Very impressed with them and highly recommend.

They are the best. Very helpful and trustworthy to meet your needs at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use them for anything that may come up in the future.

The guys that came out were extremely friendly and professional. They did an excellent job for an excellent price. I highly recommend Martin's to anyone looking for services. The service I needed was involving my well pump and pressure switch. Just in case you're trying to find a plumber that handles wells.

Our furnace quit working about 8pm, we called around and this was the only place that responded to us after hours. The owner himself came over, and the problem was fixed by the following day. He even helped us with a leak that had sprung up in the midst of all this! Would highly recommend, we could have been without heat for days but we weren't thanks to them.

Today I was especially impressed because I called them for an issue with the toilet and within a very short time, Richard came and fixed the problem in a half hour!

I called about 6 other companies and only Martin's was able to help in a timely manner on a day with frigid temperatures that left many people with unexpected plumbing and HVAC problems. My furnace broke down on a Sunday and they had someone to my home in less than an hour. He got it temporarily running until they could bring the new part out so I could remain in my home with my 2 small children. Both technicians were extremely fast, friendly and professional. I am so happy they were recommended by a friend!

My furnace quit during this year's big snow storm. Called Martins and they came out that day. Determined that we needed a new furnace but it would be a couple of days. They provided me with space heaters. When the crew came out, they were wonderful, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Martins is a dependable company. Their people are knowledgeable and friendly . If you have an issue they will figure it out and fix it .

When our local Central Boiler stove dealer wouldn't return calls or follow through on delivery we found Martin's. Friendly people and so worth the drive. We are switching dealers.

Went to several places looking for a specific regulator coupler that had cracked on me.... no one knew much about em except Martins.... he knew exactly what part I needed and had them in stock! I will be coming back if I have any other plumbing needs.
