I'd give 5 stars except the victim advocate is required for all communications with Mr. Becker...and she is so nice in the meetings while very unprofessional otherwise. Over a month of games trying to make an appointment with Mr. Becker and I'm completely in the dark while a last minute court hearing is currently going on.
Mr. Becker is very professional. He understands that victims have legitimate fears and concerns...he does his best to keep people safe and heard. He takes the time and patience required for the job.

This low rating is based on the fact that it took this office 11 months to file charges against a drunk driver who T-boned my husband and I at an intersection as the driver failed to stop for red light. We were the fourth car through the intersection on the green light. This was not the driver's first charge/conviction for driving under the influence, and his blood alcohol level was nearly double the legal limit.

They have a backlog.... honestly it's unacceptable. If you get a ticket you should be able to pay it and move on not wait 3 months like the woman on the phone said. What are you doing with our tax money? You need to be working. This is a joke, can I say I m back logged at the bank and get an extra 3 months to pay it? Oh it doesn't work like that? Crazy to think

The secretary was so rude and uninformed. She acted like I was bothering her and even my insurance company didn't understand what she was asking for or why she wouldn't take my proof of insurance. So disappointed in the lack of small town hospitality.
