Messy Jessy's Bar and Grill

If you like the little tucked away bars, this place is definitely for you. We went for lunch and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and staff. The food was decently priced, very tasty and delivered quickly. Our waitress made sure to keep us topped off the whole time we were there without us having to ask, and checked in multiple times about our enjoyment of our meals. We'll definitely be making it a regular stop. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've gone twice now on Monday trivia night. Trivia is fun 😁 had a Reuben and onion rings. Yummy no complaints. They do several different flavored lemonade I had the cherry was pretty good. They do 5$ microbrews. Second visit had onion rings and fried mushrooms they tasted kinda off waitstaff took 20%off and notified the manager. Amazing customer service especially for only having one waitstaff

So glad we randomly stopped to try them out. The environment is great. Big open setting. Lots of seating options. We sat at a table in the bar. Service was 👍 food was 👍. Probably the best place in Aberdeen at the moment. I think I got the the Messy Jessy burger. I loved it and will order it again next time we come through town.

Messy Jessy's was an awesome find while driving through Aberdeen! Our server was attentive and super friendly. We really enjoyed all our food there. The games they have look fun as well, and we got to catch the Mariners game on a few TVs while we were eating.

Burger Dip: this was a great dish! I'm a huge fan of french dips and this spin of dipping a burger on french bread in au jus was great! We tried the tater tots with it which was good with the fry sauce. ⭐⭐⭐

Rodeo Burger: not listed on the menu normally, the server highly recommended it. It was delicious! It's a burger with an onion ring and BBQ sauce, we highly recommend it as well! We tried the fries and fry sauce with this too. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In all, we highly recommend getting the Rodeo Burger and getting a side of the fry sauce.

Rent on a trivia night it was fun to play trivia. We had the reuben and a couple of micro brewed beers. Appears there was only one waitress / bartender and she was super busy as there was over 40 people in the restaurant. So I knocked on service for being a little slow but also I understand she was the only one on the floor. It was fun the food was good and we'll go back, I only hope they hire somebody to help her.

What a fantastic burger! I really liked this place. A very cool, very clean historic building. Wonderful bartender, excellent staff. I will definitely be back!

There is one bartender in particular that has been the reason I return. Destiny is her name. She is quick, knows our orders. And is always friendly. She definitely deserves credit and appreciation for being so warm and welcoming. We will definitely continue our business here and recommend others to as well.

Destiny is a Rockstar, food is excellent and the vibe is chill. Destiny was not feeling to well and was slammed today and my goodness she just didn't stop. That kind of work ethic and customer service is top notch.

Loved going here christmas eve! Music was great, Energy was good. Jessi herself was dj-ing and exceeded our expectations.
Food is regular bar food but the fries were stellar. Defintely coming back here on a live music or comedy night! The stage was set up for music and felt like plenty of space for a good time!

Awesome place with great food. We started with the pickle spears which were great. Then, I had the Battered Cod with Onion Rings and my husband had the Patty Melt with Tater Tots. We were both very happy with our food. Service was amazing and she checked on us regularly. Highly recommend this place.

The food is absolutely amazing! Server was the only one and she did great making sure everyone had everything they needed and in a great timely manner! Definitely recommend and will be back!

Duuuudeee!! Words can’t describe how freaking awesome every bit of food here was! The fried pickle spears, chicken bacon ranch sandwich, even down to the sauce that they put on their garlic tots! Badass!! The owner was our server and she’s awesome and has a great personality! The atmosphere was super chill, and they had different activities planned here throughout the week. This is the kind of place she come when you want to be yourself with friends., great food, and have a good time.

We like to go here on Wednesday nights. The bartender is our favorite in town, she knew us and what we like to drink after only a couple times there. Great atmosphere, great staff, great food!

Decent food, a bit small portions. Great service and atmosphere. Tried very hard to give us good service during a busy Sunday.

We were starving after a day on the beach and looking for some good eats when we found Messy Jesse's. Holy balls that was delicious! We will definitely be stopping here to support the cool staff and eat great bar food every time we come to town. They were setting up for the band and I really wish we could have stayed for that. Great vibe, great people and lots of games to entertain you. They need more signage to draw people in because it was great.

Service is wonderful. Comfortable sitting at the bar watching what ever game is on the TV'S. There is so much sport memorabilia to look at. It is a good place to go hang out.
