Cut Rate Auto Parts

This morning I woke up to a dead battery. I wasn’t surprised because I knew it was on the downhill side of its life. I called Cut Rate and spoke with Sondra, she was very friendly and was able to quickly help. I live very close by and she even came to my car where it was parked at home and switched out the battery for me. Excellent and friendly service.

March 2023 Needed a CV joint when my front end literally fell apart at 7 11. I had somebody look at it so I would make sure I knew what parts I needed since I'm not real up on my car too much but I can do some work but so I gave me a parts list and he looked it up under O'Reilly I think or something like that which I knew was going to be expensive so I gave cut rate Auto a call and let me tell you they almost beat it by half they had all the parts I need it in and the one that they didn't have in it was there that same day for me to pick up man these guys are awesome they got everything that you need and at a price that you are going to be satisfied and walk away with a little bit of cash in your pocket to put gas in your car that you're trying to fix give these guys the try you will not be disappointed I guarantee it!!

This place is freaking great....best prices in town way better at helping someone and they will beat O'Reilly's and auto zones prices

These guys are friendly and seem knowledgeable. I prefer to shop at local stores.

I made a Facebook post and was recommended to come here to borrow some tools to do my friends brakes that I’m on a road trip with. These guys were super helpful and very kind. Everyone there was great! So grateful to have had some really nice people in Washington to help me out. Highly recommend these guys! Support local business!

Yeah these guys are the real deal. Even went to my car to compare part. You can tell they like what they do and have auto mechanic knowledge on top of service counter experience. Best price too. I checked around.

Went in and the staff was super helpful and friendly didn't have one of the size of wiper blades that I needed but went with a smaller size and they were even super nice and put them on for me when I was having issues putting them on and the price was great as well

Customer servce was great for me.Truck died while getting parts for a bad alternator thay came out with a battery jumped me with out even batting an eye.Good people rite there

Cut Rate is the only place I go to buy parts. The staff is really friendly and are willing to answer questions. They even offer to replace your bulbs and wiper blades which I truly appreciate! Thanks for being awesome, guys!

Cut Rate is that the same staff for over 20 years they are experienced and know how to find your part. They know how to locate a part that may be difficult to get and you can get a choice of inexpensive too expensive on Parts you can get low quality all the way to high-quality so whatever you want to pay for you can get I've always had good luck with them their exchange policy is good and the help is courteous.....

The staff at this store is awesome! Returning from a fishing trip, I stopped for gas in Aberdeen and noticed badly worn wheel bearings on my boat trailer. At 3:30 on Sunday afternoon, I was resigned to waiting for an auto mechanic to open on Monday morning. I stopped by Cut Rate Auto Parts and the guys helped me replace the wheel hub on one side and both bearings on the other side. I was back on the road within 2 hours.

The staff is friendly and go out of their way to get your part. They are proffesional and have a good store selection. The way i judge the service of these part stores is to rate parts availability on hand and parts accuracy. They often have parts in stock and give accurate feedback.

I love Cut Rate Auto Parts because everyone that works there is friendly and helpful to everyone it doesn't matter how you're dressed, what you look like or whether you're male or female and being a woman trying to deal with Anything Automotive is sometimes embarrassing when I don't really know what I'm doing or looking for and they are always ready to help without making me feel inadequate. They will also go out of their way to help you with any minor fixes if they can and have the time! just a great group of people.
