A great experience and totally unexpected for Yuma. Portions were large and I really liked the blend of Mexican and Sushi. The man helping us did a great job of making sure we left happy. Definitely worth a detour

We travel quite a bit through small towns to obtain farm equipment. We are always looking for a local restaurant instead of chain fast food. Most of the time the local place is pretty good for a small town. Today we were amazed at the food and service at this gem! So much so that Guy Fieri really needs to visit this place. First, the fresh tortillas are mouth watering. Second, the meats are seasoned perfectly and so delish. The green salsa was amazing. We also ordered the rice balls. Wow! So interesting and so wonderful. The presentations very artistic. We live over 2 hours away and we will make the drive to this place. Honestly the best Mexican food I’ve had since moving to CO from AZ last year. Next trip we will dive into the sushi, which looked phenomenal!

This is by Far the most amazing , authentic and delicious restaurant around the Yuma area . I will dare to say this authentic and fresh . tropical , sea shore food from sinaloa unique and not seen even In Denver yet .! The service is excel and they care about your opinion ! I can see they are always looking to improve base on the customer needs , which is hard to find now days .! A place with a warm food and warm heart !

What a wonderful surprise. You have to go outside your box and try this place. We had the combination rice balls they were very yummy. I had the tempura shrimp roll it was delicious. My husband had the steak and shrimp roll he loved it. The people are very friendly. We will be back.

Clean, fast and Great Food! Sushi was very good. Burri Nachos are fantastic!

I've never had that type of food before and wasn't sure I'd like it. However, they have a menu with lots to choose from and really enjoyed what I got. I would recommend stopping by.

I ordered the Quesobirra tacos and they were absolutely dynamite. My teammates had the Pastor Tacos and the shrimp tacos and they were also very good. All 3 of us were very happy with the food and service. I will be going back every time I visit Yuma!!

The Service was the best service I've had in years. We asked multiple questions regarding items in the menu and she explained everything in detail and with a smile. My girls my mother and myself really enjoyed this place. We live an hour away and are planning on returning soon. Muchas gracias por el servicio y la comida deliciosa. I ordered Carne Asada and Gobernador tacos. I'm hooked y'all. Not much of a beef eater but the Carne asada is full off flavor, tender, and juicy. I love shrimp so I ordered Gobernador tacos. They don't skimp on the fillings. Always satisfied with my order plus friendly staff. Don't take my word for it, try you some...

To have such a wonderful dining experience in a small town like Yuma was actually shocking to me. If you're driving through Yuma or live around you need to find this place and eat there. The staff is amazing and the food looks like it should be on a magazine but really tastes like it should be in your tummy because it is by far one of the best eating experiences I've had in my 60 years

Very delicious tacos! I love the salsa she makes, be careful though! It might melt your face off, unless you like that type of thing ;p A favorite place of mine in town.

What a gem of a place. The menu is interesting and the food is wonderful - homemade tortillas, meat cooked to perfection, beautiful presentation, and great service!

The combination of MEXican and SUshi (MEXSU) may seem odd at first, but the food is inspired and the owner is flexible enough to go off menu.

We were just passing through and a local resident recommended Mexsu. And what a neat spot. On Main Street in Yuma CO, the self-trained chef serves Mexican Asian fusion. So unexpected!
We had shrimp tacos, rice ball and a tempura sushi (our fave!) and it was all delicious!
We will definitely stop again to try the other menu options!

Absolutely awesome food- FRESH, very creative, and delicious! Juan Carlos and his staff are so personable, and truly want to make your dining experience a positive one.

Wow. This place is absolutely incredible. If you are anywhere even remotely close to Yuma, CO, make the detour. The Mexican coffee is out of this world!! The Meaty omelette was the best omelette I’ve ever eaten! The staff are possibly the friendliest people on the planet. Definitely worth any sort of drive for this food and coffee!! Came all the way from Stillwater, OK and would drive back here in a heartbeat!!

This place is amazing I have yet to try something I dont like! The shrimp tacos are my go-to i would highly recommend! Breakfast burritos are by far the best in town. The place is clean and has some of the friendliest people Ive ever met
