Being new to NM I had the hardest time getting a plumber come to my home. As a last ditch effort, I drove into town. Found this place by complete accident. The two young ladies who took my information and arranged my appointment were just delightful. So friendly, professional and personable, they even didn’t mind my dog jumping on them.. got a call from Joe and Glen about an hour later that they would be on their way. They showed up as promised, were incredible! Just all around nice guys and didn’t mind this crazy lady being so ridiculously appreciative of them. They fixed my toilet and drain system in under an hour. Definitely recommend them, and while I hope I never have any more plumbing issues, if I do, I’d definitely call these guys!

I give the plumber I worked with from The Plumbers—Joe—5 serious stars. I just bought an older home—you might call it a “fixer upper” —and I knew about some of the issues with it. It turned out there are even more issues. But, I had a well guy here recently and he told me I needed thousands of dollars of well work done. Joe spent some time looking more closely at the problems and replaced a gauge, a valve, and a switch—and the the water pressure got very much better and all seems to be working fine. I am not saying the other guy was dishonest, but he didn’t try very hard to figure out a more affordable solution, and Joe did. I am very grateful to The Plumbers and to Joe. He is an honest man, and a knowledgeable one. Thank you!

I scheduled an appt through my home warranty. I was told they would be out a week later (though they couldn't give me an exact date at the time), and that they would call me later to tell me the exact time. I called them after that time period to find out when they are coming out, and they said that they ended up denying the service call to the warranty company and that the warranty company should have called me. I tried to ask them for more information (and I was upset because I've been unable to use most of the water in my house for a WEEK waiting on them to come out) and they said it wasn't their problem and HUNG UP ON ME. Don't call them, if you are scheduled with them through another service, ask for someone else.

Charged for two hours of work when the plumber was only at my house for one hour. Horrible business- do not recommend.

Called them and they said they’d come today and call me when technician was on their way. Never showed never called to even say they weren’t coming. I can’t comment on their work because they never came.

Lots of headaches and corner cutting without ever resolving the issues. Highly recommend avoiding them. Was warned by others in the community about their poor service.

Appointment made a week in advance per their request. No show at the appointment time in the morning. Waited all day as they said they would call after I called them to see what happened. I would not advise their service, because you probably won’t get any. 👎🏻

Got estimate for work to he done, paid half as per contract, gave run around saying they'll be there Monday for two months

They charged me $528.61 to replace a wax ring for a toilet.

They blew off my appointment and won't answer their phone .
