On March 23rd laid in the evening I walked into your store. I encountered a person named Stephen who was just utterly amazing. I was looking to upgrade he did not have the exact phone. I wanted he moved me app to the next level and got me to buy the accessory package as well. He also put the pop socket on my phone. Who does that is the most incredible customer service I have ever experienced in my life! 10 stars for you sir. He is the reason I will be coming back to that store..

We went to AT&T to get assistance with obtaining an account in his name only from a family plan due to a death in the family and fraudulent activity. This has all been very stressful and Steven went above and beyond to handle everything needed in such a professional and expedient way. The assistance, knowledge, and amount of work that was needed to fix everything was tremendous and Steven outperformed.

I would also like to commend Kat for the same type of professional and excellent assistance in May 2023 when some of these issues started and we went to inform ourselves. She gave the same type of service as Steven.

These two employees are superb and deserve credit for being so customer service oriented and making AT&T Pahrump look like an excellent company. This type of service is not given in Las Vegas and they do not go above and beyond to assist the customer like in Pahrump.

Kudos to Steven, Kat and whomever is their boss to have these exceptional employees there!! We totally appreciate your service!! Glad to have moved here!

The employee Michael is the best he is so helpful and friendly, on July 9th myself and my son went into the store to become new customers. He was multi tasking and he did a excellent job, He was the only person working that day and had numerous of people coming into the store. He deserves to be told what a amazing employee he is.He deserves a raise.

As much as I love at&t, they couldn't help me keep my phone on. After my dad died, I'm on his plan, I haven't been able to reach the people that mean so much to me, my accounts were pretty much accessed by hoodlums,wannabees,or even hackers. Messing with my accounts and not knowing who I Uninstaller and /or deleted things I prolly thought were to important and to have terrorists access. Now I'm down,alone and in rehab thanks to my ai. However, I still have the need to reach out to someone I haven't talked to in along time. Cut off from all this, self automation running,I've broke down. Love is stronger then gold.

Steven Martin goes above and beyond the call of duty, always fixing my phone and being so patient with me. Also, his shop returned all the money that I overpaid them when I was rushed to get my husband's dog to the vet. Very honest and kind and trustworthy people. I actually enjoy my visits there!

After my last visit 2 AT&T store, I was determined 2 go 2 next city over 2 do business but my husband said he had a good experience at his last visit, so I went here.
Nathaniel was very attentive & patient with me & others. We were acknowledged immediately as we came in, which was nice. He explained & answered all our questions. Made me feel confident as I was learning a new phone. Great service with a brilliant smile! That's something u don't see or get from the younger generation these days. He is definitely an amazing asset to the company, hope the upper management sees that. I am SO happy I stayed local, thanks to Nathaniel !

Steven is very kind and super helpful, even when the technology was not at peak performance, the sales associate Steven was. He is knowledgeable and professional during the last two visits made, each lasting significantly longer than expected. He made the process less daunting and kept the time magnificently.

We recently purchased 2 new i-phone 13s from the AT& T store here in Pahrump. Kat Ruff walked us through the entire process of changing from Samsung to Apple. She successfully transferred all of our photos, contacts and calendars. She had to figure out which file type would transfer. Apple could make this an app and Kat could write it. She went beyond the call of duty, and we are forever grateful. She was extremely patient and answered all our questions. She is an excellent representative for AT&T, and she should be recognized and rewarded for all she does for every customer. We observed her very professional and excellent service while waiting. Thanks again Kat.

I was in need of a replacement phone due to my screen being cracked, went in on Saturday and was greeted with the upmost respect by a gentleman named Robbie. He was knowledgeable, quick to answer any question I had, made the process easy and got me a replacement phone under an upgrade through my contract. He had me out of there with in an hour, I highly recommend this store if you are looking for fast, reliable service.

Switch from Verizon to Att at a Sam's Club. Sam's Club messed everything up, phones didn't work for weeks. This ATT store fixed everything! Took a couple days. But it's all working, set up military discount. Michael is the best reason to buy from this store. Don't waist your time getting your phones or services from anywhere else!
