Bear River Bottom Pheasant Hunting

I love this place and so do my dogs! I've been coming here every year for the last 5 years. It's a great place to give your young dogs some training without distractions or pressure from busy public lands. It's also a great place to sharpen up on their field training while having fun and still being successful. I can bring my kids or family with me and it's always a great experience. They have beautiful birds and excellent fields with tons of cover so the birds hold really well. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Stephanie is always pleasant to talk to and very accommodating.

Great experience here. Came on a cold day but still had lots of fun. The birds are just about as close to wild as you’ll get at a hunting club. There’s no day fee and no bird minimum, but you should definitely get at least a handful for a fun day.

Had a blast with the group that I was with. Friendly staff. Decent cover for the birds, some were visible to the naked eye, some we never even found. Can be done with 1 dog, 2 would be a lot better. Recommend for family/group fun.

We enjoyed our 6 bird hunt in December 2022. Found and harvested all 6. Dogs worked great. Would be tougher without dogs. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Area to hunt is standard size for private hunts and plenty of cover for birds. Pen raised birds easier to hunt than wild birds. Will go back!!

Fun experience. Pete was our guide and he gave us great tips and provided a good experience for my brothers, dad and nephew. He was patient and professional. He even set aside a bird for my nephew to shoot.
This is a great place. I personally don’t have a lot of hunting experience, but I had a good time and was able to get a couple birds. I would recommend this place for a fun pheasant hunting experience.

Perfect hunt, perfect day! Took my kids and brother out with Kevin and his excellent dogs Hoss and Diva and had a great experience! The dogs pointed the birds perfectly! We will definitely come back! Thank you so much!

I enjoyed the fact that you don’t have to be a member to hunt here. Just pay for each bird! The location was awesome and the birds were fat. They had a lot of birds too!

Well priced, and I love that they don't require a membership or charge day use fees. They have always treated me and my family incredibly well, and the hunting is always great. If you are looking to get some great hunting, without having to pay steep membership fees, this is the place to go!

We have hunted quite a few pheasant hunting farms in the last 10 years and we had the best experience here by far, the birds are beautiful and our guide Kelly was awesome. We had some new hunters and he was helpful where most would be annoyed. we will be back!

Went again this year had a good time my kids killed there 1st pheasants the terrain birds and staff are top notch treated us very well. We will keep coming back.

Btw new hunters to this location, the birds here don’t really fly up here they’re more of a runners or stay still to you get up really close
