Saitta Trudeau - Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram

I had the best experience with Saitta Trudeau! I saw one of their cars online, sent an email around 10pm and had an email response the next morning. I went down to purchase the car worried I'd spend 4 hours there ... nope! Within an hour I was ready to drive away in my new car : ) They were very gracious as I couldn't get car insurance and needed to leave the car there until the next day around 4pm. They were happy to assist and gave me the contact information for an insurance agent they felt could help me. He was able to help me and I picked my car up sparkling clean and ready to go. I'm grateful for their phenomenal service!

While I was there having a software upgrade done to my RAM 2500 that I purchased at Saitta Trudeau I met Alan Arnold. I wasn't there to buy a vehicle and he wasn't trying to sell me one but I did mention that I've been looking for an upgrade to my Chevy Tahoe for about 8 months but hadn't found what I was looking for. Well Alan took this as a challenge and offered to find my Chevy vehicle for me when they're not even a Chevy dealer. Suffice to say he and Dom went above and beyond but they found me exactly what I was looking for and more, brought it in from out of state, did a full safety plus more on it and all within my budget. I've never had a more amazing experience EVER and I can't thank Alan and Dom enough for the endless work they put into finding me what I couldn't find. They never gave up, they never tried to 'sell' me anything, all they did was please me and that's very rare these days. On top of everything, the guys were very friendly, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and I feel like I've made a new friend after all was said and done. I picked up my new vehicle and I'm thrilled! If you need a vehicle, any vehicle, go see Alan Arnold, the man is a magician and you might just make a new friend too!

Wanted to personally thank Josh for locating the perfect truck for my needs. We looked at half a dozen trucks and test drove several others but even after all those, “nice truck, but not my truck” comments from me, he didn’t give up. In the end he found the Ram 1500 that met my specifications and I couldn’t be more excited finally own a RAM.

Brandon Ruud was my sales rep that I had the pleasure of working with to make the purchase of my 2014 Ram 3500. We communicated over Facebook Marketplace via the ad for the truck. He was very professional and was willing to help in making the purchase process as easy and efficient as possible. I was coming 6 hrs out of town and driving ti grab the truck upon purchase. When I arrived, he was just having his lead diesel technician Robert finish inspecting the truck prior to me taking it on a 6 hour drive back home. Luckily, his tech found a small coolant leak from the pump and between working with Brandon, they were able to completely replace the pump and the reservoir on the spot within hours, finishing it with the highest quality of work. On top of this, their General Manager Jerry was a fantastic individual and very personable during the paperwork process. He ensured the truck was being taken care of and finished quickly upon me trying to leave in a timely manner.

Overall, between the professional interaction amongst Brandon Ruud, Robert, and Jerry; I can say nothing other than positive things. If you want an easy, respectable, personable, and extremely professional experience, I recommend anyone to go through this dealership for the purchase of their next vehicle.

Recently I’ve noticed some mechanical issues with my truck. I’ve been pretty stressed , worrying about the cost involved with determining the problem, then to repair. My experience with Roger at Saitta Trudeau was top-notch from start to finish. We took our vehicle to Saitta Trudeau Body Shop for repairs last week and we just picked it up. We are very pleased that the home town body shop did such a good job! The repairs and outside color match are perfect. On top of the excellent repair job, it was detailed which was a pleasant surprise. This type of service just doesn't happen anymore. The employees are extremely helpful and polite! We think everyone deserves a raise!

I want to commend Saitta Trudeau for the outstanding experience I had buying my 2020 Ram truck. I worked with Chase Pettrella, he is a truly awesome guy. He made the entire transaction a seamless experience and he worked hard to get me a truly great price. The entire process only took an hour at most. After I took the truck home I noticed a few minor issues that are none the less costly. They fixed them and even gave me a new battery for free. They didn't have to do that because it's a used truck and I don't have a warranty, but they did anyway. All that happened because the used car manager, Dominic, and the general manager Jesse made sure I was taken care of and 100% satisfied. If you need a vehicle, definitely buy from these folks and make sure to ask for Chase!

We came to look at a used vehicle for our daughter after having a horrible experience at that "other" dealer the week prior. From the moment we stepped on the lot and discussed our needs with Keith, we were treated VERY well (even though we were buying used).

Keith was HONEST, professional, and went above and beyond in getting us into the vehicle we ended up purchasing.

The radio had been damaged or something, so we needed to bring it back later in the week when a new one came in. There was also an issue with the blower motor - which they promptly replaced as well. Zach in the service department was AMAZING as well.

Superb service - treated like family. Will DEFINITELY be our go-to dealer for any future vehicles. I cannot recommend them enough.

Best car buying experience ever. We inquired online about a used car on the lot for my wife to commute in and received an immediate call back from John Mitchell. When I went in to see John he wasn't immediately available so I was introduced to Mike Garafola and was told he would answer all our questions and concerns. We ended up leaving the dealership with a 2012 Volkswagon Passat and a Ram 2500. Everyone at the dealership was straightforward and answered any questions we had. I even went back the next day to inquire about a rebate I thought I should of received and the sales manager did not take offense and took the time to pull our file back out and go over the deal with me and in fact showed me where he did apply the rebate to our downpayment.

Bought a few cars there when we lived in Pahrump. Always dealt with Jason in sales and Zach in the service dept who were both great.

The guys up here are top-notch. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
