Highly recommend Fetty's Cycle. I called around to a bunch of shops in the NEPA region trying to find a MTB with an XL frame. Andrew called me back promptly and was able to get a bike for me within my budget (and even tempted me with a really good price on a full suspension bike). Great to work with and very communicative.

Very patient with a curious beginner. Helped me reassemble the death trap I had created in trying to do it myself. Took extra time to install and explain the bike rack. Then helped me with the warranty after an unknown incident in a parking lot. So easy to talk to. Can not rec highly enough.

Have been talking my Gary Fisher 29er to Fetty for several Seasons now. ALWAYS pleased with his Shop’s attention to detail and professional Service. Have had multiple bad experiences at other Bike Shops over the years but Fetty’s has never let me down. He was able to solve an ongoing problem with my remote adjustable seat post that was improperly installed by another Shop who couldn’t / wouldn’t get it right after multiple attempts to fix. Mr. Fetty went above and beyond in diagnosing the issue and rebuilding/reinstalling the seat post. It works flawlessly now- like it should’ve when new. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Andrew was prompt and thorough. He took time to explain issues with my old bike. Then he discussed the possibility of refurbishing one in his shop for me. Through the process he texted me periodically to keep me posted on the progress. The bike arrived, works great and his service is impeccable. My first time using Fetty’s Cycle Service and I couldn’t be happier or more impressed. Andrew is a pro and a gentleman. Booking the appointment was easy and he spent about 2 hours getting my 20+ year old Giant fixed up for use. New shifters and grips, fully serviced the entire bike and then test rode to be sure. The price I paid for the value I received wasn’t even close!! I booked another service for my wife’s bike while he was packing up his gear. I highly recommend!

If you’re new to E-bikes, a local bike shop like Fetty Cycles is essential to learning proper use, maintenance and additional equipment. Andrew didn’t oversell anything and was quickly helpful with everything I needed after purchasing my E-bike.

(We were lucky he was already in the area) Normally Andrew would fix the bikes at our home, but this time he took them with him, since he was already booked up with other jobs for the weekend. Andrew cleaned up and provided the required service to our bikes and brought them back when we were back in town. Fetty's Cycle Service is reliable, affordable, and very convenient.

Fetty’s Cycle Service is awesome. Andrew was able to fix my 15 year old electric scooter that had been sitting in the garage and had a sliced electrical wire, he took the time to rewire it, and got it running like new again. My kids love taking scooter rides. He also serviced my bikes. Very convenient as they come right to your home at a time that is good for you. Kind and knowledgeable. Will recommend to family and friends.

Andrew is fantastic. Wonderful service, truly dedicated and doing the right thing for your bike. Knowledgeable mechanic. He was able to fine-tune a very fussy SRAM system for me, never had a quieter ride! He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work, we are fortunate to have him up here in the mountains!.

Store is clean and well stocked. Has all the things you can think of that you need on the fly. Shop itself is clean, service is even better. Highly recommended
