Great place for a hike with the dogs. Several options for length and difficulty. We will be back!

Great place to take the kids and hike! We took the shorter loop because we had the kids with us, but it was easy enough for them to walk around and see all the neat things! There were so many different plants, insects, mushrooms, and the abandoned car was pretty neat. There's a tree that looks like a praying mantis which was cool to see. I would love to see what the barn looks like inside!

I almost don’t want to post a review because this is such a stunning hidden gem! I was looking for a good park that was beautiful, quiet, and not crowded, so I’m thrilled I stumbled across this park! The pictures cannot do this park justice, you must go check it out for yourself.

Oh, and just so you know, you will lose service before you reach the park, so make sure you know how to get there and back without cell reception. Once you arrive there though, you’ll be grateful you don’t have access to your phone!

Great spot for a short hike. Beautiful little creek and forest. If you take the loop as intended it's pretty easy for any level or age, if you go opposite the loops recommended rout you will be looking at some up hill for quite a while. The entrance area has a beautiful old barn that's been renovated on the inside that they can rent out, and there are running water bathrooms on site.

This place is magical! There is a large parking lot and clean public restroom. The trails are well groomed and easy to hike. They weave through trees and over streams. It is quiet, clean, and peaceful.

This park includes a great hike up a trail called South Ridge and along Plunkett Creek. It is either a gradual climb starting from the left, going along the creek then up the South Ridge trail up to the meadow, or a relatively steep climb (670 ft in one mile to the top) then a gradual decent on the other side if you start off from the right trail. It is a loop of about 3 miles. A great quick hike. And beautiful too. The bathrooms were very clean and well kept. So appreciated that.

Beautiful setting that is great for several shorter hikes. It's usually not too busy, too. There are a few areas where the whole hike is shaded, which is nice on sunny days.

Bathrooms available, too.

Excellent wayside for travelers on the Kings Valley Highway. I appreciate the gift to the public by the donor family and the commitment of Benton County and volunteers to operate and maintain this beautiful property.

Great hike through the Forrest and along the creek in places. Beautiful Barn that is restored and set up for a perfect wedding or other group gathering. I'll definitely be going back to hike again.

Great little loop. Super easy and fun! Great views from the top would suggest taking the extra mile ish to do the meadow loop as well

I love this place. I used to hike here pretty frequently with my dogs. This was the first time I've seen the creek completely dry. But it is an easy hike and some kind people left a water bowl for dogs.

Beautiful area to hike! We took the creek hike that met up with the meadow hike, then also did the bird loop. The creek and meadow hikes have very tall grass and some incline, I’d say it’s an easy-intermediate hike depending on your fitness level. The creek hike was beautiful and green! The meadow hike was lovely and coniferous. The meadow hike was fairly steep on the way down. The bird loop was another meadow/prairie kind of hike and pretty short. All in all we hiked a little over 4 miles in 3 or 3.5 hours. Very clean bathrooms! It was a lovely place to hike on a Sunday. There are beautiful flowers, plants, trees, etc.

Note: I had no service for a while on the way driving back out with Verizon, so keep that in mind if you rely on your phone to go back home (memorize the way back? Lol).

Some beautiful forest views, we took the Plunkett Creek trail loop and wide rocky dirt paths were easy enough for an adult on crutches and a toddler to manage.

Great place for a nature walk. Some uphill which could be a little taxing on the young or old, but the paths are wide and very well-maintained. Check it out!
