The folks here are always friendly and professional, with a smile and a great attitude!

I started going to Alaska Family Pharmacy after Sams Club closed. I chose them because some of the Sams crew transferred there and we really liked working with them for our scrips. Their North Pole location is really close to my home and with their later hours, it's easier for me to stop in after work and then straight home. No out of the way travel!

The team has been there for my family for so many years. Some of the members were there for us when my Hub had a stroke in 2014 (Sams) and they kept on it when they transferred over. They were there for us through surgeries, new health developments, our pup's meds... the works. Heck they watched our little girl grow up! When my Hub passed in 2022, they were there for us even more. On a family level. They seemed to feel the loss as if it were one of their own family members.

They take the time to learn their customers and they go out of their way to try and get specialty / very popular meds from whomever they can so you don't miss a dose. I know if I have a question, they are a phone call away and if they don't carry it... they know who does.

We are very fortunate to have such a close knit pharmacy family in two locations (we were saddened to hear the closing of the MDA location) who really care about those they serve and don't see the customer as exactly that, but rather an extension of their own family.

My family is forever grateful for what they have done for us over the years, and for helping us keep the Hub around a little bit longer. We really loves you guys!!!

Very small, very cute pharmacy. I don't know what all they carry because I've only ever picked up prescriptions from them. Staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

I had my wisdom teeth removed today and needed to get my prescription. I went in and was immediately greeted and on top of that a super friendly woman saw my mouth was swollen and didn’t make me talk or wait very long to get what I needed and to go. If I ever have to get a prescription filled and am not on post I will definitely be using them!!!

This pharmacy is the best one in the FNSB and North Pole. They are so nice, fill your scripts fast, no nonsense. Actually get a hello when you come thru the door. If you are sick of being a number at Walgreens... This place is the answer! I love them!

So I always need prescriptions mixed for my animals, making it more tasty and easier to give to my persnickety boys.
Always takes a bit, usually the staff is engaged with someone, helping with questions about their prescription. Sometimes, I forget to reorder, they always try to get it for me as soon as they can .

The entire staff at Alaska Family Pharmacy in North Pole is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful in getting my prescriptions covered by insurance. I would not go any place else after being with them for three years.

Locally owned and operated pharmacy has great customer service and knowledgeable employee.
