Recently purchased John Deere X330 from James River Equipment, very impressed with the machine. It turns on a dime, is very smooth and has a strong running engine. The salesperson Anthony Rhodes excels in customer service, he went above and beyond and was very responsive throughout the entire purchasing/delivery process. The delivery person Charles was also very helpful and went over the mower entirely with me. These two treat their customers like family! I look forward to doing business again.

I previously contacted Phillips Equipment and I didn't find them helpful or even eager to help until I touched based with James River Equipment specifically Anthony Rhodes who was very prompt, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns to a 100% satisfaction. Was an excellent experience. 100% recommend this dealer. As for the machine, haven't tried it yet but I'm sure it'll be great!

Anthony Rhodes I was great route the entire process. He made everything very easy and made me aware of what the next steps would be in the process.

I came in looking for a specific Stihl chainsaw model. They did not have one in stock, but the employee looked it up and they had it available in another store. He drives between several of their locations and offered to drive several hours out of his way to go get me that model… on a weekend they were calling for a bad ice storm. I was impressed enough by that I just went ahead and upgraded to the next model up. Excellent customer service and will continue to return here!

The service wasn't very quick, but the customer service was good. The employees were helpful in answering my questions. Price on the service was fair as well. Would recommend.

I purchased a x580 lawn tractor from JRE and im actually looking forward to the next time I get to cut my grass. Due to the 30+ degree grade of my yard, I was spending up to 4 hours push mowing because other riding mowers couldn't make it up and down the hill. The x580 handles the grade like a champ and the 54" inch deck knocked my work time down to 1.5 hours.

Super great people i will say it was a much smoother run operation before James River bought it though. Like the old owner much much better.

Support your local small business bought a used Hitachi trackhoe second or third hand great machine still using it 22years later great service and of course JOHN DEER 💚 young man can wish can't he?

Everyone that I dealt with was great. Chris was especially good to work with on buying new equipment. Highly recommend.
