Lizzie went above and beyond with customer service, she guided me start to finish, she's the greatest

Lizzy was amazing! She stayed almost 2 hours after closing time for me and help several other customers during that time as well.

Lizzy is amazing! She helped three people at once and got the job expertly done. She was so helpful and really top notch when it came to knowledge of services and products, her ability to handle every situation thrown her way and to keep calm under what had to have been a high stress environment. She was the only one there with a store full of complicated issue and when we left it was already thirty minutes past close.

I was very impressed with Lee, even while working by himself he still took the time to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and that I understood everything as I myself am not tech savvy. All in all he did an excellent job and would recommend him to help anyone at anytime.

Friendly, smart, and always helpful!! I usually don't like going into any wireless retail stores, but when I go into this store I feel as if I'm given the best of customer service. Any questions I have, the team of the Amherst, VA location always provides me with the info I need to make it not so complicated. Also the team always makes me feel comfortable as if I've known them personally for a long time. This is why I absolutely love go wireless in Amherst, VA 5 stars!!!

Three nights ago my phone died and I had Verizon replace it over night. Set up didn't go smoothly so I went to this store closest to me. When I started with Verizon in 2002, I had to do all online or go to Harrisonburg. But now that this store is in my neighborhood & after how helpful & kind Gary was, I'm going to do all my Verizon business here from now on. He was amazing! Can't say enough good things about Gary, his knowledge & efficiency and how positive my experience was!

UPDATE

I had to come back to this store the next day because the charging port in the phone Verizon over-nighted to me had a different size than my charger. I came in to get a new charger & this time, and Lee was working. He was so helpful, so knowledgeable, so easy to talk with & most of all, efficiently worked out all my needs.

Again, this is one of the best stores I've worked with since 2002. Do yourself a favor: if you're a Verizon customer, work with this store. They're fabulous.

New Update 5/22/18
One of the folks on my contract needed a new phone & I gave him my old one. We came here to do the wipe & transfer. The initial guy who was here totally blew it. I left both phones, my account info & my phone number where I went to get lunch while he did the switch. He was gone when I got there & the phones weren't done & he didn't call me.

FORTUNATELY Michael was there & in less than 30 minutes he had the whole thing done & readily diffused my annoyance. Knowledgeable and fast, I totally left happy, though if I see that first guy in there again, I can't promise I won't let him know what I think! 😁

I came into the store to switch from straight talk. I walked in and was greeted as I walked in. Lee Was very helpful, and knew what he was talking about it. I definitely recommend coming to see Lee!

It took some time but I was adding a phone and also upgrading. The sales representative was great to work with.

I am greatly pleased with the service I recieved at this Verizon location. I went in on a busy day expecting for the staff to harp on a sale or push me to the coporate location for questions that couldn't be answered ; instead Brittany took her time to understand my concerns and was very knowledgeable on the different capabilities of each phone. As I continued to ask multiple questions and banter on about my decision, she remained patient while effectively multitasking with other customers. TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE
